Sorry for all the Reaper stuff I've just been inspired rn when it comes to him.
"You don't understand!!! I know you think you do but you don't! So long! I spent so long in that big house all alone! Absolutely alone! No one but me myself and I. No contact to the outside. I think it was two years before I even went into the backyard!! And the worst part, I expected you to come back! And suddenly the big world comes crashing in on me and I know my mom is never coming back and I have to be on my own! I had the brain of a 9 year old! I sucked it up and grew the fuck up! It took me a year to mature on my own! I don't need this! I don't need you! I was fine all on my own because I had to do everything on my own! Maybe it was some sick ploy to prove myself to you! Prove I wasn't some big fuck up that you hoped would die after you left it alone! If you wanted me you would have brought me with you! You hoped I would die there!!" My voice broke and tears dripped down my face. My soul protested all the effort and my words were getting harder to force out.
Geno had got silent in his efforts to stop me.
"You wanted me gone. You only wanted Grim. I was the guinea pig for you. You had me as a test and then perfected Grim. Do you have any idea what it was like to figure that out as a 17 year old and then have to suck it up so I can fucking survive!? I had my realization time and then i became a fucking grown up. I was there for my kids even though i can't sleep at night and i fucking hate myself snd i wish i knew what made you hate me so much! Why did you hate me mommy!?" My voice completely shattered. No more words came.
She had the audacity to look guilty. She had tears on her face. "Reaper baby–"
Geno recovered. He gripped my shoulder. "Lets go Reaps."
"No." I pulled my arm away. "I want an answer."
She opened her mouth to speak but no words came. "I could only feed one of you. You were so small and and you were sick a week before Grim and I left. I-I thought Grim could make it..."
That said it. She did expect me to die. He gripped Geno's arm. "Let's go..."
