I wiped at my eyes. Somehow it always ended up back at the hospital. I hate hospitals. Why does it always end up back here!?

"Fresh!" I looked up at the voice.

Decans was there. "I came as soon as I heard. Is he okay?"

I shrugged a little. I'm glad Deccy is here. I sure needed the comfort. I wish Club was here. But  "Dunno."

Dec sat in the chair beside me. "Are. . .you okay?"

I shrugged again and buried my face into my hood. "Dunno." My voice cracked.

"Oh God. . ." Dec's grip tightened on my shoulder. "I'm so sorry Fresh."

"S okay." I wiped my eyes. I probably looked like I hadn't slept in ages. I didn't sleep because I was working on a big project for work last night. And then this happened.

"Don't say that," he sighed. "What happened anyway... all you said was hospital..."

I was silent for a moment. "Car went through the red light. . . H-his bike w-was totaled! " My voice shattered and I buried my face in my knees.

"Oh Fresh..." Dec whispered softly. "He'll be okay. Hes a strong kid."

"If he doesn't make it I'll never forgive myself!" I hiccuped softly. My shoulders shook violently. "My baby boy."

Club skidded into the waiting room at this point. "Fresh. Oh God. Im sorry im so late." He scooted in on the other side and wrapped his arms around me.

I buried my face in his shoulder. "He's hurt and its all my fault!"

"Oh No its not your fault. I got him the bike." He pressed a kiss to my head. "Please don't cry."

Dec stood and paced the room. He was clearly anxious about all this tense air. I don't blame him.

"I c-can't calm down!" I whimpered and hiccuped.

"Are you Fresh Queen. The boys father?" There was a doctor there. Where did he come from? Oh well.

I looked up. "T-thats me." I tried to make myself presentable.

"Hes out of surgery. He had 6 broken bones. Both of the bottom bones in his arms as well as four ribs. He had a lot of internal bleeding. We managed to repair most of it. Luckily his body took most of the blow and not his head."

I choked back another cry.  "Is he gonna be okay!?"

"Can we see him?" Dec asked at the same time.

Club kept rubbing gentle circles in my back. I don't know what I would do without him.

"Yes of course. He is heavily medicated and should not wake up for a while though." The doctor motioned for us to follow.

Dec, Club, and I followed him.

Jessie looked so. . . fragile like this. He was still so small for an 11 year old. His arm and chest were both bandaged up. He was covered in bruises still.

"Oh Jess..." I brushed the hair out of his face.

Club rubbed my shoulder. "Hes gonna be okay. I promise."

Dec nodded and pat my back. "He'll be okay Fresh. I'm sure of it."

   God I hope so.

   He survived obviously.
