Moving Day... For Real

I slept for a few hours before I went to meet Kara.
"So, I need to go get some of my things from my old place, it won't be much, just clothes and my personal stuff"
"OK, sounds good"

I went to rent a uhaul and went to the storage block where my things were. We spent a few hours loading things onto the truck. Kara was a big help, I underestimated how strong she was.
"So, I know you're probably tired and hungry, so do you wanna grab a bite?"
"Sure, I don't know things here so what do you recommend?"
"Have you ever had Big Belly Burger?"

I drove to the restaurant and I ate with Kara. We talked in the car on the way back

"That place was amazing, how have I never even heard of Big Belly Burger?"
"Theres not alot of them, only in Central city, Keystone and Star City"
"Hmm, interesting"
"Sure, I guess"
"So, I noticed you have a few posters, and your clothes, not exactly Catco material."
"Are you suggesting a makeover?"
"Maybe"
"Well, I'm gonna have to go to my bank, there is another one in National City. I need a debit card, so can I borrow a shirt for Monday?"
"Yeah, of course"
"Thanks"
"Oh I love this song!"

Kara turned up the radio and started singing, it just increased my feelings for her. When the chorus came along I started singing too

We sang the rest of the song together

Kara Pov

The song finished and I looked over at Jason, He looked at me, searching my eyes. For maybe a second too long, not that I minded. There was a honk and I looked out the windshield "Jason The road" I exclaimed and he put the truck back on course "Sorry, my bad" He said, making me laugh. I don't know why, but I think I liked Jason. He was a good singer, I'll give him that. We rode to my apartment the rest of the way singing along to the radio.

"Were here, so let's get moving"
"Yes ma'am"
"Sorry if I made you feel uncomfortable earlier, I don't know what got into me"
"No, its okay"
"Ok"

We got to my apartment and I opened the door, we set everything by the door and went back to get the rest. Once we set everything down I looked at the clock

"Oh, it's already 7, do you wanna meet my friends and family?"
"Uh, sure. I guess I'm gonna have to eventually so why not today"
"Great, ill invite them over and order some pizza"
"Ok, sounds good. Do you mind if I use the shower?"
"Go ahead"

Jason grabbed his backpack and went to the bathroom after I told him where it was. I made sure to hide my supergirl suit earlier today and I called Alex, John, and James. I told them I had a friend I wanted them to meet and then I ordered the Pizza, A few minutes later Jason walked out of the shower. He came out in a pair of jeans and no shirt. He was ripped. "Sorry, I forgot a shirt" Jason said and he dug through one of his boxes and got a shirt and put it on. "So, where should I put everything?"
He asked and I showed him to his room "It's not too big, but you should be able to fit everything" I said

"It's sure cozy, Can I put my Xbox in the living room?"
"Sure"
"Okay, i'll do that tomorrow"

We moved everything into the room and there was a ring at the doorbell and I opened it to find everyone.
