Awkward Talk

    I walked out before Kara could say anything and I went to ean up the glass from Mon-el's cell. After I finished I asked Alex to come in, I didn't want to cause a scene outside. "I'd like to apologize, formally to the DEO." Alex nodded and took me to the main room. All the agents gathered around. "I would like to formally apologize for the scene I created. I take full responsibility and accept the punishments." I said. "Take the rest of the week off Jason." John said. "Yes sir" I said and ran home. I knew I deserved to be fired, so a suspension wasn't too bad.

    I took my Flash ring off. I ran to go get a picture frame to replace the one I broke a few days ago. I turned on theXbox and played. "What are you doing here?" Kara asked, she was usually home before I was. 

"I'm not allowed here?"
"No, you are, but normally I'm home first. Did they fire you for fighting Mon-el"
"Just a suspension, I'm off for the rest of the week. I honestly should have been fired."
"No, don't say that"
"It's true, I'm a hothead. They fear me now."
"I don't."
"And that's all the matters."

    Kara sat down next to me and I kissed her. "This also means I've got five day until I go back to work, so what could we do in the meantime?" I asked with a grin. "I think I've got an idea" Kara said with a smile and she kissed me.

    I woke up on the couch, Kara on my chest. I smiled and then closed my eyes again. I woke up to a voice and the door opening. "Kara, can we talk." I stood up, keeping the blanket around my waist. "Ew, Jason" Alex said when she saw me, she turned around. The only thing I had on was the blanket. "Sorry" I said and used my speed to get dressed. "I'm never sitting on that couch again." Alex said. "Never mention this, to anyone" I said embarrassed. "Only to a therapist," Alex said.

"Kara here?"
"No, work probably"
"What're you gonna do"
"I'm gonna stay here, unless someone needs the Flash's help with an Alien attack."
"Okay, I think it was unfair John suspended you. I've done the same thing, he just told to me"
"It's different for me, I have powers."
"And I have years of field training and an Alien gun"
"True"
"Alright, well I'm gonna go to Catcl, find Kara. You should probably deep clean that couch"
"Bye Alex"

    I laughed and Alex left. I texted Kara.

"Incoming Alex, be ready" 
"Thanks for the warning skyguy"
"You watched the one wars"
"Watching, I know you love it so I thought I'd see what it was about"
"I love you"
"You too. I gotta go, Boss needs me"
"Good luck"

    I smiled and put my phone away. I didn't have anything to do today so I put on a movie, I did use my speed to clean the couch after I spilt a soda on it. I may be the fastest man alive, but I'm still a clutz. I spent my long weekend relaxing, on Sunday I talked with Kara.

"So when should we have the wedding"
"I'm not sure"
"We do still have to stop Zoom"
"Where has he been"
"I'm not sure, but I know he's still on this earth"
"How"
"I have Winn and Cisco keeping track of Inter-dimensional energy."
"You guys are nerds sometimes."
"I know"
"Speaking of, I'm gonna watch the clone wars."
"You haven't finished it yet?"
"No, I have other responsibilities"
"Lame"

    Kara sat next to me and we watched, she was halfway through season three. I think I was enjoying this more than she was. We finished season three and went to bed. I woke up and walked into the DEO. People were watching me, as if waiting for me to snap. I put my hands up in a mock surrender. I walked over to John. 

"Everything okay"
"Yep, welcome back"
"They're afraid of me aren't they"
"Yes"
"Do you think there is anything I can do"
"Earn their trust."
"Alright."
