Part 50: Breath

Linda:"KIWI! KIWI!"

Stone:"STOP! OKAY SHE'S DEAD!"

Mei:"It was a straight across cut. An infant couldn't survive that injury."

Linda:"FUCK."

Linda eventually collapsed on the floor hysterical. Stone ran to her. Nobody else could take it either.

Azami:"I can't do this. Nope."

Misty:"Holy fucking shit."

In about 2 seconds Haku had to girls crying on him.

Haku:"Well there goes this shirt."

Pacifica:"I we were only fast enough..."

Cecil:"Okay. Come here."

Cecil hugged her girlfriend and they both cried. Noemi had already left to the other room to punch walls. Shinya stopped her and let her break down on him. Sora just turned away to silently sob and Rogue just stared in a frozen shock.

Mei:"Nope. Emotions. Agh I can't deal with them."

Gene:"Then why are you crying?"

Mei:"Because... SHE WAS JUST A BABY!"

So Linda's house now became the mourning place for the infant they tried to save. The one they saved from one tradgedy but could not save her from all.

Suddenly the hunter started moving. Slowly sitting up.

Hunter:"Fuck."

Linda got up.

Linda:"YOU!"

She grabbed his head. Without thinking about turned it around coldy breaking his neck, in one swift movement.

"Mama."

They heard.

"MAMA!"

They looked over to the body.

Kiwi:"MAMA!"

Linda:"Kiwi? KIWI!"

Linda ran over and hugged the baby. It didn't take to long for the group to attack the infant in a hug.

Mei:"But her neck..."

Before their eyes Kiwi's gapping wound regenerated and fixed itself.

Rogue:"What? I've never seen a dragon do that before..."

Sora:"You don't think..."

The group walked out of the house of corpes. Before leaving they all turned around and used their fire breath to burn the house and the bodies in it.

Noemi:"So where are you gonna live now?"

Linda:"Did you forget I'm an earth dragon? I can build a new one in 10 minutes. 20 if I'm feeling fancy."

Noemi:"Ah."

They all marched into the dragon world. They wore their battle scars with confidence. They struted over to Kemper.

Kemper:"What has happened?"

Misty:"The hunters happened. They attacked Linda's house and almost killed Kiwi."

Kemper:"GOODNESS!"

Sora:"Ah, don't worry your scales, we killed and burned them all."

Kemper:"Oh... Well then."

Linda:"We're here because of Kiwi."

Stone:"Father she can heal herself from any wound and she has an effective defense mechanism. I have never seen any dragon like it."

Nuka and Kemper exchanged looks. Kemper took a glance at the chamber door he is so protective of, then at Kiwi.

Kemper:"Keep a sharp eye on her. We must discuss this. No more questions until we reach a decision."

Rogue:"But dad..."

Kemper:"Understood?"

Everyone:"Yes sir."

Kemper left with Nuka to the cave. The group walked out to the prairie and picked up Yuki on the way.

Azami:"Discuss, discuss, discuss. That's all they do."

Misty:"Kind of like Haku."

Haku:"May I remind you, that baby is mine."

Misty:"Yeah yeah."

Then they ran into Smoke and Dawn.

Smoke:"Uh, hey Azami..."

Azami:"Shove it."

Dawn:"OMG BABIES! I LOVE BABIES!"

Noemi:"Really?"

Dawn:"Yeah, like a bunch of my friends have some."

Misty:"Of course."

Dawn reached for Yuki and Kiwi. Yuki didn't hesitate to pull Dawn's hair.

Dawn:"OW!"

Mei:"Oh no Yuki... Don't do that..."

Mei said it very monotone, obviously not meaning to say it. Kiwi made a funny face then vomited all over Dawn's dress. Dawn pulled away screaming, making Yuki rip one of her extensions out. Dawn ran away screaming, Smoke behind. Yuki played with the extensions.

Mei:"Aw Yuki, you got a prize."

Azami:"I feel like I should bow down to these babies."

Linda:"Yep. I'm keeping you."

Plus I am thinking of doing a second fantasy story. I'm debating on doing it or not since I have a custome of writing and deleting because I don't have as much fun as this one, so I'm leaving the decision for you guys to make. Should I do it or not?
