Chapter 18: I never liked surprises

Shinya smiled and waved at the girls. Everyone's face was in shock. Mei smacked her face with her palm.

Storm:" WHO ARE YOU AND WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!"

Shinya:"HIIII I'M SHINYA AND I'M LOOKING FOR MY GIRLFRIEND NOEMI! HIIII NOEMI!"

Shinya waved like a small child at Noemi.

Rogue:" You know that dork?"

Noemi:"I'm dating that dork."

Stone:"FROM WHERE DID YOU GET IN HERE!"

Shinya:"The entrance."

Storm:" WHAT ENTRANCE!"

Shinya:"The one in the janitors closet."

Kemper:"HOW DID YOU GET IN HERE!"

Shinya:"I walked in."

The dragons started getting angry and positioned themselves to fire. Noemi ran out to Shinya and clung to him for dear life.

Noemi:"NOOOOOO! DON'T KILL HIM! HE'S MY BOYFRIEND! HE'S NOT A MURDEROUS INTRUDER! HE'S JUST... MENTALLY SPECIAL!"

Sora:"Great..."

The whole group ran to surround Shinya.

Kemper:"HE IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE HERE!"

Noemi:"HE ISN'T DANGEROUS I PROMISE!"

Shinya:"This place is pretty!"

Mei:"See."

Haku:"He's harmless."

Kemper still didn't let his guard down. Mira appeared on the scene.

Mira:"Kemper, please. He is harmless."

Kemper:"That may be so but we need to know how he got here. If one human can intrude, many more can also."

Mira:"Young man, how did you get here?"

Shinya:"I already said. I walked in."

Everyone was already starting to get frustrated.

Noemi:"Shinya focus. Yesterday you couldn't see the portal. Today you could. What did you do different?"

Shinya:"I don't know. Oh! I almost forgot why I'm here in the first place! Here you dropped it."

Shinya placed a violet dragon scale in Noemis hand. Kemper took it and examined it.

Nuka:"You must have dragon DNA to enter... and he was holding it in his hand."

Kemper:"EVERYBODY BACK TO WHAT YOU WERE DOING! I MUST DISCUSS THIS WITH MY BROTHER!"

Kemper and Nuka entered Nukas cave.

Rogue:"Why is this such a problem, mother?"

Mira:"Because, we are at risk of being discovered, and then extinguished. But please don't worry about that... what has happened on your side?"

She turned him around.

Mira:"And your back, and your neck... Rogue?"

Rogue:"Uh..."

Mei:"OW!"

Azami:"What is it Mei?"

Mei:"MY STOMACH! IT FEELS LIKE SOMEONE IS CLAWING MY INSIDES!"

She lifted her shirt slightly. It looked like there was a demon pushing against her stomach. Hands and feet clearly visible. It was like a scene from a horror movie.

Noemi:"HOLY SHIT!"

Haku:"I THINK... I THINK ITS THE BABY!"

Mei:"I FEEL LIKE I HAVE BROKEN GLASS IN MY STOMACH!"

Mei fell to the floor, crying, holding her stomach. Haku tried to hold her up.

Mira:"Rogue we'll talk later!"

Mira grabbed Mei and carried her. She spread out her wings and flew off.

Haku:"WHERE IS SHE GOING WITH MY GIRLFRIEND AND MY BABY!?!"

Rogue:"Don't worry! My mom knows what she's doing! Come on, I know where their going!"

Shinya:"Oh yay! I arrived just in time!"

Sora:"Shut the fuck up."
