Incoherent

Part 13: School is for learning

Mei was led to the enormous lake's edge.

Pacifica:"Well here we are."

She got ready to dive in but Mei stopped her.

Mei:"WAIT! I only know how to float I'll drown."

Pacifica:"Don't worry hun. You can breath underwater."

Pacifica dove right in. Mei took a deep breath, tried to control her shaking and finally jumped in. She held her breath as she sunk. Suddenly she ran out of air. She gasped and to her surprise took a deep breath. She could breath normally. Before she knew it she was gliding underwater behind Pacifica at full speed.

Lilith:"If you want to know how to be a vegetation dragon you have to learn how to listen to the earth's vibrations."

Noemi:"Not trying to disrespect my teacher or anything but, if we're learning how to control plants shouldn't we be in a forest or jungle? Not a meadow."

Lilith:"You can see better results here. Now close your eyes and listen to the earth."

Noemi closed her eyes and pressed her bare feet against the ground. She felt a small vibration under her feet. Suddenly a tall sunflower grew before her.

Lilith:"Not bad."

Rogue:"Now, to be a fire dragon you need, precision, agility and strength! I want you to burn the center of that boulder!"

Sora took a deep breath and blew a thick flame and burned the whole boulder.

Rogue:"No, no, NO! Precision! AGAIN!"

Sora took another breath and blew it slower making a thinner flame and burning the top of the boulder.

Rogue:"AGAIN!"

Sora rolled her eyes and with a last roared blow finally burned the center.

Rogue:"Good. Now we can start the lesson."

Sora:"WHAT!?!"

Linda:"Well you seem to dominate earthquakes which is good. Now we will start with rock moving."

She shifted her dragon self and morphed into her human form as a blood redhead.

Azami:"COOL! YOUR LIKE US!"

Linda:"Everyone is like you. Now sit and cross your legs."

Azami:"What about our dragon selves?"

Linda:"You need to have a clear mind."

Azami:"And where did all these dragons come from?"

Linda:"Focus."

Azami:"And Kemper, what's his deal?"

Linda:"You're not paying attention!"

Azami:"Are we all just a product of inbreeding?"

Linda:"If I answer your questions will you be quiet?"

Azami:"Maybe."

Linda:"Fine."
