Part 49: Cute can kill

All the hunters drew out their swords. They noticed the swords had a spark.

Haku:"Careful! Their electrically charged!"

Sora:"I'm tired of careful! It's on!" Sora jumped in to battle. He took on one of the hunters. With flames in hand she tried to burn him. Next Azami jumped.

Azami:"Electricity can't pass rock!"

She covered her arm in a armor of rock. She threw random punches and missed. The hunter hit her armored arm. It didn't slice but burn, it even smoked up. Azami jumped back and reversed to her natural arm.

Azami:"AAAAAAHHHH!"

Misty:"Careful! It's steel! It's poisonous to dragon skin!"

Azami held her hand with an enormous burn mark.

Azami:"You could've said that earlier!"

All the hunters attacked except the one that had Kiwi. The group tried to avoid the swords but some did hit. Linda kicked a sword off one of their hands.

Linda:"HAKU GRAB IT BY THE HANDLE!"

Haku:"NO SHIT!"

Haku grabbed it and activated the electricity. A hunter stood before him.

Haku:"A sword fight good sir? I accept fellow knight."

Misty:"CUT THE BULLSHIT AND JUST STAB HIM!"

A hunter confronted Gene and Shinya.

Gene:"I'll handle this. BRING IT!"

The hunter drew is sword with lightning speed, flipped over to them and stood over Gene.

Gene:"Uuuuhhh..."

Before the hunter could make a move Shinya did an areal cartwheel and gave the hunter an Axe kick. Then he cutely giggled as he always did.

Gene:"You're staying with me."

Cecil and Pacifica worked as a team. Cecil grabbed Pacifica on her back, flipped her over so Pacifica would give a full frontal kick and land facing Cecil. Noemi used a back walkover to dig her hands on the floor, pull out some roots so when she landed on her feet she choked 3 hunters. Sora fought her ground with Rogue. Until a hunter came behind her and Rogue helped her pull off a front handspring and her burned him. Azami being Azami waited for them to come to her, just sitting on the ground. When they came close enough she parted the ground creating a gaping hole on the floor, letting them fall and immediately burying them alive. Stone kept his rock armor giving jaw breaking punches. Linda did absolutely everything. She kicked, she punched, she grabbed the concrete of her floor and buried them under.

Finally only one was left. And he has Kiwi. Kiwi was still crying.

Kiwi:"MAMA!!!!"

Linda:"You won't win this."

He picked her up to his chest and placed the knife at her neck.

Hunter:"Think you can get here fast enough?"

The group prepared. Hearts raced. Sweat fell. They were surrounded by bodies but suddenly they didn't feel so confident.

Hunter:"One."

Linda:"Two."

Both:"THREE!"

Linda blasted forward with the rest but the hunter sliced Kiwi's neck. At that exact moment Kiwi's scales turned into spikes that impaled the hunter. He fell dead with Kiwi.

Linda arrived to late to the new pool of blood.

Linda:"KIWI!"
