Chapter 34: Forget Yesterday

The whole celebration was amazing. Everyone was in peace having fun, even all of Kemper's kids. And eventually Mira pulled Kemper to enjoy himself. Nuka was already having fun.

Mei:"How does this game work?"

Stone:"Rock knight. It's a game where guys throw small boulders to hit that wooden statue over there to win a prize for their girls."

Sora:"The statue is pretty far."

Smoke:"That's why its called Rock Knight."

All the boys got 3 small, but heavy boulders. At the sound of the whistles they all threw. First try not many of them got far. Luckily they all had a willing cheerleader.

Noemi:"That's okay Shinya! But this time throw it at the statue, not the dragon running the game..."

Mei:"Come on Gene! I want the bunny!"

Azami:"THROW LIKE A MAN!"

Sora:"If you miss one more time I'm throwing!"

Linda:"SHOW EM HOW EARTH DRAGONS DO IT!"

Misty:"WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU! YOU THROW LIKE A FUCKING PUSSY!"

Lilith:"Let the energy flow..."

Second try many got close. Except Shinya who hit another dragon. And Haku who stayed in the same place. Last throw and Rogue hit the statue first, so he one. Everyone cheered, except him, who held his always serious expression.

Rogue:"Uh choose what you want..."

Sora:"THE LITTLE STUFFED DEVIL!"

Rogue:"Oookay..."

Next game was a fire breathing contest. You stood at a specific distance and blew. On the other side was a complete pile of dried grass. Whoever burned it all won. Everyone participated in that one, except Haku, Gene and Shinya. At the sound of a whistle everyone took a deep breath and blew. It was harder then it looked. And farther than it looked. After a few seconds Azami quit coughing.

Azami:"Asthma."

Next to quit was Noemi who got tired. Then Thad because he involuntarily stopped breathing fire and started breathing ice. Later Mei, then Stone, Linda and Lilith. Smoke, Rogue and Sora remained.

Casually passing by was Azula, who noticed the situation. She snapped a tiny flame and sent it Rogue's way. He didn't notice and it hit his arm making him stop and stumble off. He stumbled to Sora who also stopped. Smoke won the game but Sora wasn't going to lose the fight.

Sora:"WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU!"

Azula:"WATCH WHO YOU TALK TO!"

Stone:"THAT'S ENOUGH AZULA!"

Smoke:"LEAVE OUR BROTHER ALONE AND IF YOU AREN'T HERE TO CONTRIBUTE ANYTHING YOU CAN GET OUT!"

Azula:"You two are seriously siding with the "accident"?"

Smoke and Stone let out a growl and Azula walked away. Rogue rubbed his arm. Sora nudged him towards his brothers.

Rogue:"Thank you..."

Stone:"No problem little bro..."

Smoke:"So I guess I won... Ah choose what you want, babe."

Azami:"What's that demonized unicorn?"

Smoke:"No that's a dragon pony."

Azami:"Dragon pony?"

Mei:" Oh no..."

Noemi:"You did it now..."

Sora:"Take cover..."

Azami:"I WANT IT! I WANT IT! I WANT IT! I WANT IT! I WANT IT! GIMME! GIMME! GIMME!"

Smoke:"OKAY OKAY  TAKE IT!"
