Part 3: What are we? Alive.

Slowly the girls open there eyes. Slowly they caress their bullet wounds, and pass their hand again but then... the injuries were gone. Plainly gone. Like nothing happened. The girls slowly get up, dizzy and with a headache.

Azami: I feel like I got hit by a truck.

Mei: Azami... what's that on your back? *horror face*

Azami *takes a look* WHAT THE FUCK?!?!

On her back were a pair of jet black wings. They felt like a combination of leather and lizard skin. Rough and strong.

Azami: Your one to talk *points behind Mei*

Behind her was a black tail. It had spiked scales sticking up in an ordered row and it had a heart shaped tip.

Sora: Aw the tip looks like a heart.

Mei: DO YOU THINK THAT MAKES THE FACT THAT I HAVE A TAIL ANY BETTER!!!

Sora: It should its cute!

Noemi: can someone GET THESE OFF!

She was trying to pull out a pair of curved horns.

Sora *takes grip of horns and pulls with all strength*

Noemi: OW OW OW!!! YOUR PULLING MY HEAD!!!

Sora: WELL THAT'S WHERE THERE ATTACHED GENIUS!!!

Noemi: STOP HURTING ME!!!

Sora: WELL WHY DO TELL ME TO FUCKING PULL THEM OUT THEN!!!

The girls take a good look at each other seeing that now each had a new pair of wings, horns and a tail. Looking at the entrance of the classroom with a shocked face was Haku.

Azami: Haku-kun... breath... relax.

Haku was younger than Azami by one year. He was considerably taller with long black hair he refused to cut. He was usually into the whole paranormal stuff... but seeing his sister as a mutant might not count...

Haku: what are you? *takes good look at his sister*

Azami: I don't even know...

Noemi: maybe we're angels!

Mei: YOU KNOW DAMN WELL WE AREN'T!

Sora: maybe we're demons!*tries out wings*

Haku: no... I know this *runs to backpack and grabs tablet* I remember I read something like this! *searches online* there was man in history who had your same traits... um... him! *shows old picture* his name was Nathaniel

Carver. He was part of a freak show in 1887. He said he came from a long family of... dragons... and that the gene skipped generations... he went missing in 1893. Never to be heard of again...

In 1914 people have reported seeing a dragon-like humanoid creature running around somewhere in Russia. Then a lizard family in France in 1941... you girls must be the new legacy. NO FAIR I WANNA BE A DRAGON!!!

And so with a mixture of shock and confusion, and frustration by Hakus part the girls now must learn how to live life being a dragon... fuck.
