Halloween is just around the corner. This is the girl's last Halloween in high school so they had to do something big. Like go to a wild party. Or better yet... throw one themselves.
Noemi: OK we need a location. My house is out. You girls know how my mother is.
Mei: We can't in mine. My sister in pre-med...
Azami: You mean Leila?
Mei: Yeah... she's practicing how to inject needles in people's arms.
Sora: I refuse to do a party in my house where my brothers will be yelling and burping in people's faces.
Azami: Well we can do it my house... my parents are chill and we have enough room.
Mei: Perfect.
The girls made their way to Azamis house after party shopping. Azami and Hakus parents were the odd "be friends with your children" opened minded kind of parents. Nori, their mother was joyful and friendly. She's bass player in a band still going strong today. Hunson their father was a Chris Angel of his generation. Now he works as an artist and art dealer but still likes to creep out his children's friends with his horror tricks.
Azami: MOM! DAD WE'RE HOME!!!
Mei: Do you want to blow my eardrums out?!?!
Haku: where have you been?
Azami: HAKU-KUN!
Azami ran and attacked her brother in a hug. Her overall view of seeing Haku as her "baby" brother was always the first in Hakus embarrassing list.
Haku: LET ME GO!
He yelled and as their mother came up from the basement/studio.
Nori: Damn Haku I could hear you downstairs. Hi hun where were you?
Azami: at the mall... mom can we have a party here?
Nori: When, doll?
Azami: Halloween.
Nori: I think we have plans. Ask your father.
Azami: DAAAAD!
Mei: Once again... EARDRUMS!
Hunson appeared covered in blood. The girls screamed.
Hunson: relax its corn syrup.
Azami: Daddy can we throw a Halloween pawty? Pwetty Pwease?
She said in her sweetest voice. Haku rolled his eyes.
Hunson: Sure sweety. Me and your mother will be out that night for a concert. But I think you and Haku are old enough to be home alone.
Haku: Unbelievable.
Azami: Thank you daddy.
Haku: Do I get a say in this?
Girls: No.
And so the party preparations began. They invited the whole school. Soon they'll find out their fire breath won't be the only hot thing at the party.
