Chapter 30: Beauty is not only skin deep

The night arrived and... the girls were still getting ready while the boys waited downstairs for an hour and a half.

Haku:"WILL YOU HURRY UP!"

Azami:"YOU CAN'T RUSH PERFECTION!"

Haku:"I'M NOT RUSHING PERFECTION I'M RUSHING YOU!"

Mei:"SHUT THE FUCK UP WE'LL BE DOWN IN A SECOND!"

Upstairs if you threw a lighter in Sora's room the whole house would blow up because of all of the hairspray and perfume. Hair was being made. Make up done. Outfits prepared and accessories chosen.

Mei:"Okay Linda, you can look in the mirror."

Linda turned around. Her red hair was in soft waves. Her make up done with red lips, winged eyeliner and sky high lashes.

Linda:"Uh, wow. You made me almost pretty."

Mei:"You are pretty now go get dressed!"

Noemi:"WILL SOMEONE ZIP ME UP!"

Azami:"Keep your Victoria's Secret panties on! I'm coming!"

Noemi:"How do you know their Victoria's Secret?!?"

Azami:"Well let's see. First of all WE ALL CHANGED HERE! Plus its a special occasion. You'll probably at some point disappear with Shinya and you can't afford for him to see you in your period panties. He might be stupid for some things but he knows the ropes in others."

Sora:"EW! There goes my dinner!"

Mei:"Oh don't act so inoscent you're probably the worst out of all us."

Sora:"Yeah but I don't need to imagine what Shinya and Noemi are gonna do later!"

Lilith:"True."

Azami:"Shouldn't Pacifica be here?"

Lilith:"She's performing remember. She has to get ready with the other performers and she has to practice."

Mei:"Right."

Noemi:"Okay, we're ready!"

Downstairs Gene, Haku and Shinya waited.

Haku:"What are you doing?"

Shinya:"You look mad. You should smile more."

Haku:"I'll smile when women learn the importance of time."

And the ladies stepped down, each gorgeous in their own way. Sora wore a black sequent top, a leather jacket, white shorts, simple black heels and her pastel pink hair flatironed showing off its true length below her butt. Noemi put on a flowing black and cream dress, black strappy stilletos, her purple hair put delicately to one side. Mei had on a short simple Lolita style black dress, super high black heels and her light blue hair curled. Azami wore a short red plaid skirt, a cropped top, black red-bottomed stilletos, her fuschia hair in a classy pony tail. Linda wore a long sleeved flowy black shirt, blue skinny jeans and some black heels Mei made her wear, her red hair in waves. Lilith had a slinky white dress, sandals and her hair flowing freely with a simple flower crown on her head.

Mei:"Are you sure you two want to pospone your dates just to go to our school dance for an hour or two?"

Linda:"We don't mind at all. Besides mines not a date anyway. We're just hanging out."

Lilith:"Its a pleasure. Plus Thad kind of remembered our date was today 5 minutes ago so he's going to go start getting ready now anyway."
