Kevin receives threatening letters written in blood and becomes paranoid. The family looks through the threatening letters written in red ink, except for the one written in black ink ("I'll kill you scum!").

Meanwhile, Sideshow Bob has a parole hearing, being supported by the lawyer. Walburga testifies against Bob, stating that he tried to kill her on their honeymoon, but he justifies his actions in "Black Widower", asking the assembled populace opinions if they had wanted to kill Walburga. At first, there are only a few hands, but he demands they show him some honesty. More began raising their hands, including Walburga's twin sister Delphine. Many are shocked, but she claims Walburga keeps forgetting to lower the toilet seat in the bathroom. The board buy Bob's argument and grant him parole.

At a movie theatre, Bob sits in front of them, laughing very loudly and blowing cigar smoke in their direction. Nolan, smoking an even bigger cigar, asks the man to stop but becomes distracted by the movie and laughs even harder than Bob. Bob turns around, revealing himself and tells Nolan to laugh silently, leading to the shocked reaction from Kevin and Lisa. He reveals that he wrote the death threats himself. The usher grabs Bob to get out.

Meanwhile, the next door neighbors were the Thompson family, the children were Nancee, Lynn and Wesley. Nancee is 10, Lynn is 6 and Wesley is 5.

Suddenly, Bob tries to kill the Thompsons, and Wesley got a suction cup gun to shoot Bob and the police arrested Bob for near kidnapping and other things.

Meanwhile, Paul, Grady, Ed, Fran, Bill, Mick, Roy, Fred, Karl, Milt, Gary and Dave were outside as Bob was arrested, and Wesley gives all of these cousins a low five.
