At Mount Rushmore in South Dakota, Nolan, Paul, Grady, Ed, Fran, Bill, Mick and Roy had a great time.

At the attic, Nolan and Kevin were looking for some weight stuffs until Kevin stumbles on paintings of Cary Grant that Marva Lynn made as a student in high school, when she had a crush on him. Lisa asks Marva Lynn what her painting talent was as a schoolgirl, and she says that as a high school student, she was scolded by her art teacher for doing a painting of the actor, and kicked out. Marva Lynn said she replaced from Art to French in her freshman year. She sent a painting to Cary for an "honest opinion," but never got a response. Lisa suggests that Marva Lynn take a painting class at the Community College, which she does. Marva Lynn paints a portrait of Nolan, which her different art teacher praises. It wins the college art show.

A few days later, after school, Kevin and Lisa got a mail, put it in the kitchen, and in the mail Marva Lynn gets a reply from Cary Grant, who answered her letter, apologizing for replying late as he has been answering all the fan mail he has ever received, and praises a picture she sent him years earlier.
