Linda's POV
I finally got to my room and then I quickly closed the door behind me just in case Aiden wanted to come and talk once more.
I slowly sat down on the bed as Eliana's words sank into my brain.
"Are you happy?"
Those words kept ringing in my head that the tears started rolling down my cheeks. As if those were haunting me, it kept ringing in my brain to the extent that I started trashing around.
I wasn't the type to break things when am angry but I didn't just know what got into me.
I carried the bedside lamp and threw it to the door. It landed with a loud thud and I ended up screaming at the same time.
I really wanted to get my frustrations out."I hate this place!!" I yelled again as I picked up the little mirror in the room and smashed it again.
"I hate everybody in this mother fucking pack!!" I yelled again as tears kept falling down from my cheeks as I picked up a flower vase and smashed it again.
By now my room was a mess and I couldn't see what to smash again so I fell on the floor still sobbing.
"I hate my life"Those words only came out in a shaky whisper.
Suddenly the door burst opened as Aiden and his Beta which I could remember was Dave walked inside the room..
Aiden rushed down to me as I laid in top of the mini shreds of glass.
"Linda are you okay?" He asked but I wasn't listening to him because right then I was feeling dizzy and black dots started filling my vision.
"Linda!" He called out again but I think that was the last thing I heard before going unconscious.
Aiden's POV
After Linda walked out with tears all over her after she met with Eliana, I felt my heart clench.
"....I hate you, Aiden!!!.."
Her kept ringing in my head as I finally sat floor with my hands on my face.
Why can't she just understand that am doing this for her safety.. why can't she just see from my own prospective.
"Alpha what's the problem?" I heard Dave's voice and I just ended up sighing.
One side of me wants her to go back at least let's start afresh but the other side of me doesn't want to take risks. I didn't want her to end up like my mother or father.
Thinking about my parents brought anger, rage, regret and last of all pain. I didn't want that fate for my mate. She was the only surviving being apart from Ivy that was left as my family and I know I made some mistakes by forcing her here but I prefer seeing here than watching her die.
I wasn't going to let that happen..
"I am perfectly..." Before I could finish my sentence I heard a crashing sound coming from upstairs.
