Linda's POV

"Don't you ever do that again!"

I froze as I heard those words, that's when I remembered how I was throwing a tantrum in my room. But how did that kill me or at least almost kill me. I tried to sit up and as if Aiden snapped out from his shaking state he pushed me down and I hissed.

"See!! You are trying to rip out your stitches" he said as he looked at my leg

Stitches???
What stitches??

I followed his gaze to my leg and I saw what looked like I was sliced with a knife.
I didn't remember injuring myself.
"Who did that?" I asked as I couldn't lift my gaze from my leg and Aiden snorted.

"Are you trying to play the lost memory card here?" He asked as he raised his eyebrows and I glared at him and i forcefully sat up .

"I told you not to do that!!" He yelled.

"Can you leave me alone? What's wrong with you? All you do is yell!!" I yelled back and he just rolled his eyes.

"Linda can we not start another arguement?"

"Then you should take me back home! All this happened because of you" I stated with distaste.

"Don't tell me you are bringing this topic up again"

"Just tell me why won't I? Go back to your girlfriend! Isn't it why she is still in this house? You are just using me because of your dumb Alpha duties and fucking obligation!!" I yelled and Aiden looked transfixed but I was too angry to care.

"I just wished I accepted Maddox as a mate in the first place, at least he would..." But before I could complete my sentence he was right in front of me again with his blazing gold eyes. I didnt like when his eyes were this colour.

"You are mine, do you get that? You don't have to think about being someone else's mate!!" He growled. And I snorted which seemed to put him on the edge.

"I am yours? But can't you be mine?" I asked as a single tear dropped and then it landed on his arm and as if it did the magic his eyes went back to the electric blue and he looked at me with concern.

And he kept silent and it really got me angry. So he wasn't denying that he didn't have anything with Eliana??

"You see!!" I yelled and he flinched.

"You can't be mine as you are with that slut called Eliana, you know what? She's right.. I am indeed not happy here. That I really still you from her.. but I guess I didn't steal you from her because you are still with her!!" I kept rambling and he just ended up hugging me.

I tried pushing him away but he just held me in place.

"Linda... You are misunderstanding things" he said and I laughed.

"Misunderstanding?? What's there to misunderstand?"

"I am not dating Eliana"

"Tell that to the dogs" I said as I finally pushed him away from me.

"Aiden just take me home please" I begged because I was really tired.

He stood straight with a frown on his face as he placed his hands in his pocket.
