Although this would be a continuation of chapter 36 tragic accident

Aiden's POV

"I am sorry" she said and then she fell limp in my arms.

I froze as I stared at her limp frame in my arms as tears flowed down from my face.

No no no

This wasn't happening

How could my past replay itself again and in the exact same way to yet my loved one?

What sin did I commit on Earth to warrant this kind of painful punishment.

I just knelt down there as I brought Linda's body close to me as I kept screaming that this wasn't real.

"Linda, wake up... Wake up!!!!" I growled as I was oblivious to the commotion around me

"Alpha, Aiden!"

I just couldn't tear my eyes away from her for even a second as I feared that she might just leave me the moment I do that.

"Aiden, she is still alive!!" Dave snapped and I slowly looked up to him.

"She is losing blood Aiden, she might die for real" he said as he kept shaking me to snap out of my thoughts.

"Guards!!!" Dave yelled beside me as my men ran into the room

"Get his mate" he ordered but they froze as they looked from.me to Dave.

"Beta, he could kill us"

"That's why some of you have to get hold of him!! I think he is having some kind of trauma and if this continues like this, he would kill his mate without knowing it"

Dave's POV

"He would kill his mate without knowing it and you know what would happen to him if he comes back to his real senses!" I grolwed and they nodded

I really pitied him, I knew what made him to be in this state was his mother, she dies in his arms and I knew what kind of pain he passed through.

Right now, he was just in his own world, I don't think he even knows what's happening around him right now.

His men came close to Linda and at an instant he snapped his gaze at them. His cold pitch black eyes glared at them and they staggered backwards.

"Some of you should hold him up from behind you fools, she is dying!!"
As if what happened snapped them up and some of them started to hold Aiden why the rest carried Linda

"Do t you dare!!! Let go of my mate!!!" He growled and struggled to get of their hold.

"Hand her over to me!!" I ordered and they did so

I matter of minutes, Aiden will fight his way free from them so I had to be fast in order to get her away from him

I carried her and ordered more men to hold him up as I ran away from that room.

I knew the in's and out of this pack house so it was easy for me to use the shortest route and in matter of minutes, I was out of the out and then I opened my car and gently placed her in the back seat of the car.
I tore the Hem of my shirt and tied it over her stomach area and then the bleeding finally stopped.
