Linda's POV.

As a tear prickled down my cheek he was suddenly ripped from me and he gave a loud growl.
' mum why would you interrupt ' he said and I immediately ran to Olivia who patted my back and then pushed me behind her.
' Maddox are you nuts ?' she yelled.
' mum we were in the middle of a session and you didn't even knock ' he sighed and let out another growl but this time giving me a look that I couldn't read.
' Maddox do you want to rape her ?' Olivia yelled again and this got Maddox to snap his head at his mum.
' Noooo ' he look like he was innocent.

Fool.

' then why was she screaming and why did I see what I saw ?' she asked he he kept still not looking at me or his mother.
' she was stubborn ' he said smiling at me.

What !!!! Is this guy stupid ?.

' Maddox you you have to go easy on her not forcing her ' he said bringing me to her side which I didn't agree to.
' you only ended up scaring her ' she finished.
' am sorry mum, she is just hard headed ' he sighed.
' I would leave you too alone ' Olivia said nodding at Maddox.

She can't possibly leave me with this monster. I can't even look him in the eye.

' nooo I don't want to be near him ' I said tugging at Olivia's arm.
' you will be all right Lucy ' she said. That didn't calm me. It can never calm me.
' Noo Olivia am fine anywhere but not near him ' I said moving behind her and Maddox just kept staring at me with one his eyebrows up.
' am sorry Lucinda ' Maddox called out looking downward.
' I was just so angry because of the way you just decided to leave ' he finished.
' Don't bother because you just made me to make up my mind on leaving ' I said and I noticed that Olivia had left the room and closed the door behind her.

Great. Not funny.

' Lucinda why do you make yourself so hard for me to understand.' he asked.
' excuse me ?' I didn't get what he asked.
' one moment you seem to understand me and another you don't ' he sighed.
' because i am destined for someone ' I snapped and he just froze staring at me and I continued. ' and then just imagine what would have happened if your mum didn't just walk in, you you have freaking marked me !!!!' I yelled.
' woah woah, calm down woman ' he said raising his hands his surrender.
' you know what, I just hate you ' with that he gave me a Stern glare and stood up. I moved backwards and then to the door.
I pulled the door knob and found out that my hands were to shaky to open it.
' I. AM. TIRED.OF.YOUR.RANTING. ' he snapped and then moved even closer.

God I thought this guy had repented after what his mother said.

But I was yet wrong.
He pulled to have himself and actually locked the door behind me but not taking off the keys.
He tossed me to the bed and was hovering over me.
' Please Maddox why can't you let me be ' I asked almost in tears as he tried lunching forward and he stopped.
And smiled.
' i can't ' he replied and brought his lips to my neck.

Eeeeeeewww disgusting.
This guy sucks.

I tried turning over but he pinned my hands above my head.
' hey I won't have to do all these if you just accept me ' he smiled and I frowned.
' I can't accept who I hate ' I spat and then he leaned up a bit
' what did I actually do wrong ?' he asked and I just glared at him.
' firstly being in this room with you and secondly what you are doing ?' I said staring at him to see his reaction.
As I made that sentence his face changed to one of guilt and then he hopped off me and then went through the door.
He opened it to me.
' Am sorry you can leave now, and forget about me and that any of this happened ' he said and sighed and picked up my shoes from one part of the room.

God what did I do ?

To be frank I felt guilty too, I shouldn't have talked like that. His family saved me and then that was how I returned The favour. Even if I realized what I had said I still had to apologize.
' Maddox am sorry ' I said and he snapped his head at me from his phone and gave me this you are meant to have left the room look.
' I am really for the way I talked ' I sighed.
' no need to be, am meant to be the one apologizing. You have to be with me. I took it the wrong way ' he said as his eyes flickered to his phone and he began to type.
' so you aren't angry with me ?' I asked sheepishly
Silence.
' hey ' I called out.
Silence
' great I take day as a yes. That you are angry at me ' I asked and stood up and then he snapped his head up again.
' hey but we can still be friends ' I said smiling and he just took his gaze back to the phone.

This guy is really the hard one.
Wait but am meant to be angry, hey he was out of his mind then.

I sighed
' maybe you don't want to forgive me, but anyways I forgive you. I act like that sometimes. Maybe I would leave you alone since you don't want to talk to me ' I said and then turned to leave when he grabbed my arm and I turned abruptly which made him to drop it too.
' I am really sorry Linda, now I can't even sit down and imagine that I was about marking you, it would end up killing you and maybe me too for what I wanted to do. Just know that I won't happen again ' he sighed, stood up, went to a table around the room and opened his laptop.
' You are just pretty and I liked you and then allowed my selfish desires to get in the way, am really sorry ' he finished
' I said I have forgiven you, besides you and your family have been nice to me ' I saw d walking to the table were he sat.
' my family not me, Linda just stay away from me. I am a monster. ' he sighed and I just glared at the man talking. ' maybe that's why my real mate rejected me ' he whispered.

Okay this one got to the heart.

' don't talk like that, she missed a great opportunity. If I were rejected I would have accepted your offer 'i laughed and he smiled a bit.
' besides there are so many girls dying to be with the Alpha, you know ' I said putting him
' jeez, those girls are after power not me ' he groaned
' Ooh I forgot about that ' I continued ' hey am serious you will find someone better than me ' I said smiling
' Do you think so?' he asked with a flicker of Hope in his eyes.
I nodded.
He smiled and hugged me.
' thanks for forgiving me ' he said.
' hey no need, Maddox you are an Alpha. You shouldn't be apologizing to me '
' an Alpha wasn't meant to do what I did ' he said getting up.
I gave him a thumbs up and then he fixed my shoes for me.
When he was done he stood up and held his hands for me.
' Linda but I promise that guy isn't going to hurt you, I swear ' he said and I nodded
' thanks, thanks for understanding ' I sighed finally remembering Taylor.
He is still looking for me right ?
Or maybe he knows where I am.
Or maybe he gave up.

Hello guys am done with this chapter, am so so so sorry that I didn't update earlier.
But I finally did.
My Wattpad was giving me a hard time on saving my work and when everything was sorted out my network began theirs.
Anywho am done now.
