Hey guys am back.

Linda's POV.

It's been two weeks since me and Maddox had the fight and since then he had been like a brother. I Norma even call him that.
After that incident Maddox announced that me and him compromised and that it was all a mistake.
Deep down I was sorry for him but I knew I had a mate down there or rather anywhere on Earth and I can't risk my life of I reject him even before we meet.

Maddox, Stacy,Stefan and I normally go out on outings and sight seeing and we had fun.
Stacy and I normally had girl time and movie marathon and I was indeed so happy I ran away and came here.
For these past two weeks I didn't have to think about Taylor and my old life. My old happy and cheerful Lucinda was back and I didn't have plans shoving it back again.

This morning I woke up with loud noises and people moving up and down the hallway.

What could be happening that everyone is making a hell of a noise.

Getting out of bed I move over to the window and all I see is more people cleaning and arranging and all that.

I huffed.

I walked to the bathroom to freshen up and then I style my hair and brush my teeth. When I was done I went to the closet and pulled out a pair of leggings and a crop to but I pulled a sweater over it since the wheather was chilly.
I walked out of my room and smelt breaking. Bacon, pancakes and toast.
I began walking down the stairs and then I looked around as the Omegas started cleaned and arranging.

Once I reached the kitchen I saw Maddox, Stefan and Stacy already eating.
"Good morning" I greeted as I walked over and sat beside Stacy.
"Good morning Lucy, hope you slept well" Stefan asked.
"Yeah I did but I didn't wake up well" I said and they laughed. "It's not funny" i pouted
"Okay so was it a night mare ?" Stacy asked.
"If it was a nightmare I would use said I didn't sleep well" I replied
"So what was it ?" Stacy asked leaning in.
"Was it spiders ?" Stefan asked and Maddox raised an eyebrow.
"Not definitely, am not a kid to be scared of spiders" I huffed.
"Oh nice because we have a kid here" Stefan said and Maddox growled.

I laughed.

"Maddox you are scared of spiders ?" I asked looking amazed.
"Not actually" he huffed.
"Ooh come on Max, don't prove big or...."
"Stefan please can you drop this ?" Maddox groaning and we all laughed at him
"Come on what's going on" I asked
"Going on where ?" Stacey replied.
"Like everyone is busy this mornings as if preparing for something or someone"
"Ooh. You haven't heard?" Stacy asked.
"If I did I wouldn't be asking" I sighed.
"The Alpha King is coming to our pack today"

That's when I froze.

I never believed there was an Alpha King, I only heard them from stories and all that. I only thought each Alpha is designed for their own pack.

"What!!?" I flinched.
"What's wrong?" Stefan asked.
"Nothing I do just believed something like that existed" I replied
"Seriously" Max asked
"Yeah, although I only heard about them from some girls and books" I replied
"Come on Lucy get a life" Stacy said and I narrowed my eyes at her.
"How won't you know something like that existed ?" She asked
"Let me say I wasn't really into the real world"
"I see" Stacy said dropping her coffee.
"You know the Alpha King hasn't found his mate" she said making everyone on the table to look at her.
"Hey guys am just saying, besides every girl will want to be with an Alpha" she huffed.
"Is that how ever girl behaves here ?" I asked her
"Don't mind her Lucy" Max said and I leaned back in my seat.
"So why is he coming over?" I asked no one in particular.
"Some agreements though but I mainly wants to see me you know, friends stuff" Max said.
"Ooh" I said as I stood up to go pick up my coffee.
"I really can't wait for him to arrive, it's been long since we met" Stacy said.
"Stacy seems like she is craving this Alpha guy" I said and we all laughed again making her to pout.
"I am just saying Linda" she said.
"Okay am sorry" I said as I sat back on the chair.

We talked about how he looks actually Stacy brought that topic up and then the decorations and stuff's like that.
When we were done and stuff's like that I emptied my cup and then put it in the dish washer.
I turned back to them.
"When is he arriving ?" I asked.
"Towards dinner" Max said getting up.
"Ooh I just wanted to get into town" I said
"Town ?" He asked
"Yeah I just wanted to pick up some books in the town library" I replied.
"It's not safe Linda, that guy" he said and the image of Taylor came back.

I totally forgot this guy existed to the extra that I wanted to go into town, I sighed and nodded
"So what would I be doing then ?" I asked and Stacy jumped up.
"You and I can be together, you know help me with how am going to look when Alpha King gets here" she said with a grin
"Is that necessary ?" I asked.
"Of course, I won't want to be looked like a rag in front of him" she huffed
"Is there actually any ceremony that you would want to DRESS UP ?" I asked emphasizing on the dress up part.
" You know what never mind" she said.
"Stacy don't talk like that, am going to help" I smiled not wanting to change her mood.
"Really?"
"Yeah" I replied and she hugged me and dragged me to the stairs.
"Good luck with my nagging sister" Stefan waved us and I laughed making Stacy growl and then move faster up the stairs.

We were done with her hair and dress and also it was time for dinner too and I was a bit exhausted but I knew everyone was meant to welcome the Alpha King.
"Stacy I would like to go get dressed now" I huffed.
"Sure. Thanks for your help though" she smiled and I smiled back and left the room.
I walked through the next set of stairs to the next floor and then to my room. I shut the door behind me and walked to the window and I saw some row of cars parked in a straight file.
The person in there could be one of the strongest Alpha on Earth.

I huffed.

I suddenly fell on my bed, I was tired and needed sleep but it would be disrespectful for an Alpha King to be here and am here I my room. I could just imagine what could happen.
I stood up and went to the closet where I picked out a pair of jeans and a sweater and then a pair of sneakers.
I didn't really think I would wear a ball gown during dinner period to just welcome someone who wouldn't want to know you ever existed.
I combed my hair and tied it into a messy bun and then stepped out of the room.

As I walked down stairs something struck me, the scent of something that I couldn't guess right now, but the more I tried pushing it to the back of my mind the more it became stronger like as if I was coming close to it.
I sighed and then closed my eyes and following the scent, I kept walking for a while and then bumped into something or someone rather and then I opened my eyes and stared at the person in front of me.

I opened my mouth to say something and then i realized what just happened, I just found my mate.
He narrowed his eyes at me and then he pulled me to him.
"MINE!!!"
