Ivy stands next to Hunt as Mark comes running out to the ambulance bay, "What the hell happened?"

"Car versus truck. Thats all we know," Owen tells him.

"And her injuries? What- the baby?" Mark has trouble getting it out.

Ivy looks at him sadly as her brother answers, "We don't know yet."

Mark turns to him, almost as if he has no control over his body right now, "Well, why the-why the hell don't you know? Someone get me a trauma gown."

Webber looks at him, "Mark, you need to sit this one out."

"I'm not sitting this one out. That's Callie. That's my kid," Mark argues.

Webber looks to Ivy for help, knowing she's one of the few who could calm him down right now. She nods, stepping forward.

"Mark."

"Ivy, that's my family. I need to help them," he pleads, turning to her.

She takes a breath, sharing a look with Derek to gather courage and then, "Mark, if you don't calm down and focus right now, you aren't going to be let into the trauma room or the O.R. So you need to relax or I will physically keep you out of the room. And you know I should be with her instead."

"I'm in the room," he says as the ambulance approaches.

Webber nods, "Hunt, you're in charge."

They rush forward as Owen calls out, "Ivy, you're my right hand on this one. All right, everyone. Mulitple blunt trauma protocol. Let's go."

Arizona steps out, listing stats, "Tachycardic and hypotensive en route. Obvious head and chest injuries."

"Callie? Callie. We've got you, you hear me? Everything is going to be okay, I just need you to stay with me, okay?" Ivy says, using her patient voice.

"Shes hemorrhaging," Meredith calls out.

"Wait. Hold on. Is that blood coming from her chest?" Teddy asks as everyone looks over Callie.

"What?"

Callie turns to Ivy and tries to talk around all the blood in her mouth, "Calliope means... means music."

Ivy focuses on the task at hand, falling back into her trauma surgeon ways and hiding the pains he's feeling. This is her family too. Her mentor, her friend. Her God child.

"We're gonna fix you up. Okay? You stay with us."

"She went through the windshield."

Ivy looks up, "Seattle belt? Airbags?"

"She took it off."

"How are her vitals?"

Roy shares, "Last one was 80 over palp."

'Everything'

Arizona adds, "She lost a lot of blood, too."

"Make sure she gets lots of fluids," Owen tells her.

Derek goes to her eyes, "Callie, can you blink for me?"

'On our own'

"Extraocular movement intact."

"Pupils equal and reactive."

"Set up a chest tray."

Ivy calls out, "Lets go, come on."

They start pushing Callie into a trauma room as Fields gets the fetal monitor ready.
