I was laying on my bed, in my new room. The walls were a shade of baby blue. There was a bay window, the main source of light. The room was pretty big. I liked its simple look, but I'll end up decorating it a bit.

There was a knock at my door, so I jumped up and walked over to it. I opened the door revealing Bonnie.

"Hey, Ky. I invited some of my friends over for you to meet. They are in my room," Bonnie said smiling.

I smiled and followed Bonnie to her room. Bonnie opened the door, revealing 4 girls. The only one I recognized was Elena.

"Elena!" I exclaimed, running over to her.

"Hey, Ky. Long time no see," she said laughing.

I giggled and turned to the others. "Hi, guys. I'm Kylie Bennett, Bonnie's little sister," I said, introducing myself.

A blonde girl jumped up and hugged me. She pulled away and smiled. "I'm Caroline Forbes. It's so good to meet you."

I smiled and looked to the girl beside her. She had blonde hair and looked a lot like Caroline. "I'm Natalyn, Caroline's little sister," she said.

I smiled and nodded. "Nice to meet you two."

"I'm Michelle, Elena's little sister," the red head said.

I smiled to her. They were all so pretty. It made me feel left out.

"Group hug," Caroline said, breaking me from my thoughts.

All the girls gathered around and embraced me in a tight hug. I had never felt so loved in my life.

"I'm so happy to have you all as friends. I've never had more than two," I said, realizing how embarrassing that was to say.

"It's a pleasure. I'm always happy to have another girl in the group," Natalyn said.

Natalyn's phone went off, causing her to look down at it. She smiled and looked back up at us.

"Sorry, girls. I gotta go. Tyler wants to meet at the grill," Natalyn said, standing up to leave.

"Tyler Lockwood?" Caroline asked. "He is way too old for you."

"Care, he is literally a year older. Calm down. We've been dating for a month now," Natalyn snapped back.

Caroline stood up and looked shocked. "A month? You've been dating Tyler for a month and never told me. Oh, when I get my hands on you," Caroline began, chasing Natalyn out of the room.

"I love this friend group so much," I said giggling.

The girls remaining in the room laughed. Then Elena stood up and smiled at us.

"I gotta go, ladies. I promised Stefan that I would meet him at his house," Elena said.

I nodded, not paying attention to the other girls responses. Once Elena left, it was only Bonnie, Michelle, and me.

"What do you guys wanna do?" I asked.

"This may be random, but could you guys make me float?" Michelle asked.

I laughed and looked at Bonnie. Bonnie shrugged and smiled at me.

"Why not? We have nothing better to do," Bonnie said.

I nodded in agreement and looked at Bonnie. We grabbed hands and began chanting.

"Oh my! This is so cool," Michelle said.

I looked up, realizing her voice was coming from above us.

"Have you ever made yourself float?" I asked Bonnie.

Bonnie shook her head. "I've never had enough magic. I want to be able to one day though," she said smiling.

I smiled back. "You'll definitely be able to. I can just tell," I said.

"Hey, guys. You can put me down now," Michelle said, seeming a bit nervous.

Bonnie and I giggled, and began chanting as she floated down to the bed.

"That was fun. I felt so light," Michelle said.

I smiled at her. It was funny hearing what humans thought about witches and their powers.

My friends were humans. They loved watching me do spells. We used to be so close. I miss them a lot.

"What's wrong?" Bonnie asked me.

I guess I was frowning. Gosh, I hate drifting off into my thoughts. They get me no where.

"I was just thinking about something. I'm fine though. It's in the past."

Bonnie nodded, not seeming too happy with the answer she got from me. I shook it off and looked at Michelle.

"So, how did you find out about us having magic?" I asked.

"Well, Bonnie made a bunch of feathers float at a slumber party one night," Michelle explained. "I also know about vampires because of Stefan. He told Elena and I overheard. I was bound to find out anyways."

I nodded and noticed Bonnie's reaction to vampires. I turned to her and raised an eyebrow.

"What's with you and vampires?" I asked.

Bonnie sighed. "They seem evil. Stefan seems so nice, but I just know there natural instinct. Drink blood."

I nodded. "Understandable. I never approached it like that. Also, who is Stefan's brother?" I asked.

"Damon Salvatore. Caroline's ex," Michelle said.

I nodded. "Did she know?" I asked.

"Not at the time. But now she does," Michelle told me.

"Is he attractive?" I asked.

Bonnie smacked my arm, causing me and Michelle to laugh.

"It was a joke," I said giggling. "Or was it?"

Bonnie shook her head and laughed with us. I know we all just met, but I already feel like I've known them for years. This is most definitely where I belong.
