I was curling my hair for my second day of school. Bonnie told me to dress nice, because tonight was Stefan's football game and we were all going.
I agreed, even though I hated having to dress up. I was much more the type to wear shorts and a shirt, but I feel like with this group that is going to change.
I was wearing pair of jeans and a purple band shirt crop top. I wore some white nikes on my feet. They couldn't make me change my shoes.
Once I was finished with my hair, I grabbed my phone and school bag, heading towards the living room.
I assume Grams was asleep, because Bonnie was the only one in the room.
"Wanna stop by the Mystic Grill for breakfast?" She asked.
"I have no clue what that is, but sure," I said.
She giggled and grabbed her things. We headed out of the house and got into her car.
We pulled up in front of a building labeled Mystic Grill. I got out and followed Bonnie inside. We went and sat at the bar.
"Hey, Matt. Can we have two plates of the breakfast double?" Bonnie asked the blonde hair boy.
"Of course. Who is your friend?" Matt asked.
"I'm not her friend. I'm her little sister. My name is Kylie," I said, correcting him.
He smiled. "Another Bennett. That's cool," he said laughing.
I smiled and turned to Bonnie as Matt walked off. "What is a breakfast double?" I asked.
"It has eggs, bacon, sausage, and two biscuits."
"Mmm. Sounds yummy," I said licking my lips.
She giggled at me and looked at her phone. She began shaking her head.
"What's wrong?" I asked.
"Caroline says Nat is freaking out. Something about Tyler. She wants us all to meet her in Alaric's room," Bonnie said.
"Alaric?" I questioned.
"Professor Saltzman. We all call him Alaric. He is kinda dating Elena's aunt," Bonnie explained.
"That's cool."
Matt walked over to us and handed us our plates. "Here you go. Have a nice day," Matt said walking away.
"Don't tell me you are skipping school again," Bonnie said.
Matt turned back to us and sighed. "I gotta make money to keep the house, Bon."
Bonnie nodded and sighed. Matt turned back around and walked over to a different customer.
Bonnie and I hurried to finish up our food. Whatever was going on with Natalyn and Tyler had Caroline really shook up.
Bonnie and I arrived at the school not long after. We headed into Alaric's classroom and realized we weren't the only ones called.
Elena and Caroline were talking to Stefan and a random boy. Michelle was talking to Natalyn, and Alaric was talking to another random guy.
"What is going on?" Bonnie asked, making everyone's attention turn to her.
"I'm sorry, Bonnie, but who is this?" The boy, once talking to Stefan, asked.
"I'm Kylie Bennett, Bonnie's younger sister," I said.
Both boys turned to me with confused looks. I sighed. I hated having to explain myself.
"I just got out of the foster care system. Now, enough about me. Who are you guys?" I asked.
"I'm Damon, the hotter Salvatore."
"And I'm Jeremy, Elena younger brother."
I nodded to them and turned to Nat. She seemed to have tears in her eyes. I walked over to her and grabbed her hand.
"What's wrong?" I asked.
Natalyn looked up at me and let out a quiet whimper. "Tyler, he- he yelled at me. It was s-s-so random. And then his e-eyes turned yellow," Natalyn whimpered.
"Werewolf?" I asked.
Damon laughed. "Yeah right. I doubt Lockwood is even close to being a werewolf."
I shook my head. "No, he has to be. I've done research about them. He is definitely a werewolf. That would explain the anger issues and yellow eyes," I explained.
Stefan nodded. "Kylie has a point. Why did he get mad? Did you say something?" He asked Natalyn.
Natalyn sighed and let out a few more tears. "Yeah. I told him we were done. He was flirting with other girls and I caught him. So, I confronted him and he got really upset," Natalyn told us.
"It makes complete since then," Elena said.
"Wait, but there is one thing that doesn't make since. The only way to become a werewolf is to kill someone," Damon spoke up.
"That means he would of had to kill someone," Caroline said.
"I can ask Liz to look at the recent kill records," Damon mentioned. "I'll compel her to tell me what really happened."
"Yes, do that," Elena agreed.
Damon looked at Elena and smirked. Something was definitely going on between them. Wait, no it can't be. Stefan and Elena are together. This is all confusing.
"Well, class is about to start, so let's end the wolf talk," Alaric said.
As if he made it happen on cue, a group of students began walking into the classroom.
Alaric clapped his hands once and stood up from his seat. "Welcome, guys," Alaric greeted the students.
Natalyn wiped her tears away and walked out of the classroom with Michelle. Jeremy followed behind them.
Damon smiled at me as he walked past, leaving the room since he wasn't a student.
I took my seat next to Elena, watching as Stefan, Bonnie, and Caroline left the room.
"Ok, class. Today, we are gonna be talking about Vietnam," Alaric announced to the class.
I looked at Elena, both of us having a look of worry. Tyler Lockwood a werewolf. And possibly a killer.
