Tyler nodded and sat down at a desk. He looked around the room, noticing all eyes on him.
"What are you?" Stefan asked.
"A werewolf. That's what Mason told me," Tyler blurted.
His eyes widened as he realized what he had just stated.
"Why am I telling you this?" Tyler asked, just like Alaric had.
I clicked my tongue to the roof of mouth as I shook my head. "Sorry, Tyler. I don't like questions, I like answers. So, answer me this. Who did you kill?"
He bit his lips trying not to answer. "Sarah!" Tyler spit out. I could see his eyes begin to swell up. "I-I killed her. I didn't mean to, but I did. It was an accident," Tyler said, almost crying.
I could feel sympathy for him. I had killed before too. It was a complete accident. It began with an outbreak.
"Carson, are you sure it's this way?" I asked my best friend.
She turned to me and smiled. "Yes. Nathaniel, told me how to get there."
"Are you sure he wasn't lying?" I questioned.
Carson shook her head and stopped walking. "I think I can trust my own boyfriend to not lie," she said laughing.
I giggled and smiled. "Nathaniel isn't always good with directions," I joked back.
She laughed and started walking again. Carson was taking me to a party in the woods. Her boyfriend, Nathaniel, gave her the directions earlier today.
"Are you sure I can come?" I asked.
Carson laughed. "Of course. Why wouldn't you be able to?"
"I don't think Nathaniel likes me."
She turned to me with a frown. "I don't care, you aren't going anywhere," she said, turning her frown to a smile.
I smiled back and looked ahead. I could see a truck up ahead. It didn't look like such a party.
"Nathaniel, where is everyone?" Carson asked, as we walked up to Nathaniel.
Nathaniel looked at me with a mad face. He had a half empty bottle of fireball in his hand.
"Why are you here?" He growled.
"Nathaniel, I thought this was a party?" Carson asked.
Nathaniel turned to her and grabbed her by the arm roughly, making me clench my teeth.
"I wanted you to come out here with me, but you brought her too. Now, I have to change my plans," Nathaniel explained.
I shook my head and raised an eyebrow. "Nathaniel, you are wasted. Carson and I are just gonna head back home," I said.
Nathaniel laughed and grabbed my wrist. "Oh no you aren't," he slurred.
I pulled away, causing him only to make his grip tighter. "Let go of me!" I yelled.
Carson had tears rolling down her cheeks. You could see the fear in her eyes. I tried to break free again, but his arm wouldn't budge.
