'it's not your fault'

-still Louis' POV-

"Y/n, please, I love you" I blurt out of my mouth on the verge of tears, her smirk faded away quickly and she stumbles back, letting her wand fall to the ground as she falls but I catch her, she looks at me

"where am I?" she asks me looking around, I look at her in confusion at what just happened until I push her out of my arms and take a step back

"you just tried to kill me and you ask, where are you!?" I snap at her, she takes a few steps back at the loud noise of my voice, I walk closer to her picking up her wand and sticking it out for her to grab but I saw that she flinched,' wait what' i think to myself, I cock an eyebrow and walk closer to her but she walks back 'what the fuck', I slowly take a step back as I keep my gaze in her eyes

"what was that?" I say looking at her, she just stands there with a scared face

"what was what" she replied, I walk closer to her and she flinches but i don't stop until i am right in front of her body, I lift my hand to her face but she moves her head

"that, what was that...do you think I'm gonna hurt you" I say lowly in disbelief that she might think that

"no" she shakes her head looking at the ground, I lift her chin to make her look at me

"are you gonna tell me why you wanted to kill me back there" I mumbled just above a whisper

"what?" she says furrowing her eyebrows, I roll my eyes

"you had your wand at my neck, looking like you wanted to kill me" I explain giving her her wand back

"oh....I did? I'm sorry, I didn't know" she admits looking down at her feet, I hear some quiet sobs coming from her, but I can't see her face as she is looking down, I wanted to yell at her that she's ignoring the fact that she wanted to kill me but the thought at I made her cry makes me believe that she actually doesn't remember. I don't even know man.

I wrap my arms around her shoulders letting her cry all she wants, she cries more as i hug her, i pick her up off the floor and wrap her lags around my torso, she digs her face in the crook of my neck

"shhh, let it out just let it all out. I'm sorry I yelled at you just please know I would never hurt you, Never ever hurt you" i cooed softly in her ear as she soaked my robe with tears, my legs where tired from walking so I walk to the closest chair with her still in my arms letting her straddle my lap

"I'm sorry. I-I didn't know what I was doing, it- it was l-li-like I-I could-n't con-trol my-myself" she stuttered with liitle sobs and whimpers escaping her lips, I nod letting her know I get what she said

"you don't have to say sorry, that's my job, please forgive me" I say to her softly, she nods and I kiss her cheek slowly, she lets out a cut- LOUIS STOP, NO she lets out a small giggle, I rub her back as she lets the last few tears out

"Lou" she says quietly, I lift her chin with my index finger and look at her in the eyes

"yes Y/n/n" I reply to the girl on my lap, who is looking in my eyes as we speak

"Draco, he made me do it" she admits just above a whisper, I furrow my eyebrows as a sign showing her that I don't know what she meant

"me almost killing you, Draco, he made me do it, I think he drugged me" she admits slowly to me

"what?, what do you mean he drugged you" I reply confused, she looks down at our hands that are intertwined together, she looks back up and starts crying again

"we were hanging out and he was getting me a drink and I thought I saw him put something in it, I thought it was nothing so I drank it" she whispered, barely audible for my hearing but I heard it all, I clench my fist and hug her tightly but not so I'm hurting her

"it will be ok, it's not your fault" I cooed to her and I hear a soft snore so I look down to see her sleeping in my arms, how am I gonna leave, I can't leave her, but I can just walk out in the corridors with her sleeping in my arms I thought to myself before laughing at myself and kissing her head "night Y/n/n" I say smiling.
