(I MAKE UP A SPELL IN THIS 'SICCUS SICCO' ITS 2 WAYS TO SAY DRY IN LATIN (at least that's what the website said) AND THE SPELL ALOWS YOU TO STAY DRY SO YEAH

"so why did you ask me to hang out with you after what? a month of ignoring me" I question him walking back from our hung out back to the castle, he shrugs slowly

"I don't know, I guess well because I'm not gonna see you over the holidays and I just want to leave off on a good foot" he explains to me lowly

"right! yeah we go back tomorrow" I groan

"you don't wanna go back?" he asks sounding confused

"yuh, no I wanna stay here, this place is more home them back there, that place is just a house that I stay in when I'm not here, this is the place I live and miss when I'm there" I sigh

"that's...deep" he whispers

"yeah, and obviously you don't care" I imply

"I do! that's why I asked why" he raises his head high like he accomplished something

"right! I nod my head awkwardly

"hey, I'm really sorry for the way I have acted towards you the past month" he breathes

"oh no, It's uh, it's fine" I say sarcastically...I know I am a VERY sarcastic person what are you gonna go about it though :/

"I'm not THAT stupid you 'know, you were being sarcastic, you do that a lot actually, I notice little things Y/n things you may not think I notice" he claimed

"do you now?" I giggle, he looks at me and smiles brightly. I look down and back up seeing his frown

"yeah, I really do" he responds, I smile softly at him

"race ya" I smirks as we come close to the castle, I start running towards the castle

"what! NO!" he yells from behind me, I hear his footsteps get louder meaning he is getting closer, out of the blue the sky turns grey and starts pouring with rain, I run faster as I start to get cold and want to get inside the castle but slow down seeing Louis was a little far behind me, jeez it only 6pm and looks like its 9 at night

"come on Louis!" I yell at him, wrapping my hands around my arms, he runs towards me and stops in front of me

"too slow for me?" I chuckle, I see him give me a death stare making me giggle, he links his arm around mine as he gets his wand a waves it.

"siccus sicco" he casts and not even seconds later the cold substance absorbs in my skin and a blue light bubble forms around out bodies. as the rain covers it, but not us

"when and where did you learn that?" I say astonished by the spell

"a couple years ago, my farther taught me" he says as we start walking again

"your father must be a great wizard to teach you such a spell like that" I imply

-Louis' POV-

"that's not all he taught me" I mumbled under my breathe

"what was that?" she asks

"oh, um I said yeah, he's a GREAT wizard" I say trying not to hint the sarcasm

fuck, I shouldn't've said he taught me, what was I thinking! stupid Louis, sapid Louis I think to myself in my head

"Is that sarcasm?" She questions sounding a little confused
Nope I can not be suspicious

"Nope, I mean it, he's amazing" I hide the cringe when I spoke

"I bet" she replies trying to cover her arms with her hands

"come here" I pull her closer to me, wrapping my arms around her shoulder trying to attempt to make her warmer, or at least less cold than before

"thanks" she whispers, the silence fill the air between us while rain heavily poured down from mother nature, A flash of lightning appeared and loud thunder roared suddenly making Y/n jump slightly obviously frightened by what the atmosphere is producing. I lightly tighten my grip on her gently

"hey, its ok, I promise" I cooed to her, she stays silent for I bit before replying

"you've promised a lot of things Louis, this might be the first one that you will keep" she whispered to me, I close my eyes and sigh quietly

"I know" I choke out, with a single tear rolling down my face, its a good thing its dark out right now, another lightning strikes and thunder roars louder than before, she squeals quietly and jumps

"come on" I say, grabbing her hand and running into the castle to stay away from the storm.
