(ok I'll stop after this but this is how I think Florida meets Georgia, also I am indeed lazy-)

"Are you sure about this sir? We still don't know what he's fully capable of. I mean he won't speak." Asked Katie, she's been working there for 16 years now and never heard #4 could speak. He kept silent, and to himself, clearly wasn't the best with interacting. "It's worth a shot send in #27," David said with a blank expression.

A small child was shoved into the white room with Georgia. Florida looked at him puzzled, Georgia just stared at him in confusion. He crawled closer to him slowly, not wanting to scare the kid. "So far so good..." David quickly started writing down notes of their interaction. Florida just stared at the older man, confused yet feeling safe. "H-Hello..." Geo mumbled.

"HOLY SHIT HE CAN SPEAK!!!" Kate screamed, thankfully the two couldn't hear any of that with the area being soundproof. "What's your name kid?" Florida snapped out of his gaze. He still didn't understand this stranger much but was fascinated by him. "Florida. But everyone here calls me #27." Meanwhile, Kate was still freaking out about Georgia actually being able to speak so her state wasn't what everyone in the office called a failure. "I think im owed an apology, David."

"Yeah, whatever sorry."

"Thank you."

"So what are you doing here Florida?" Geo asked giving him a small pat. "I-I don't know..." Geo frowned, the lab people did the weirdest things as 'tests' from what he heard. Florida moved closer to Geo and hugged him. Georgia froze with a shocked expression on his face. "Aawwwww~" Kate laughed a little about Geo's reaction. Georgia smiled softly and hugged the boy tightly. Florida's tail wagged like crazy. He adored hugs. This person was a nice person.

Unlike Mr.Spain, he met with him earlier and he didn't like him. Florida copied Georgia's voice. "You're nice."
"HUH?!" Florida looked up at him, Geo on the other hand was panicking. Why did he suddenly sound like him?! "Sorry... I like copying people a lot." Georgia laughed. "That's cool! Can you copy me?" Florida nodded and his body changed to look just like Georgia but a lot smaller. "Woooow."

Florida blushed a little of embarrassment. No one really complimented his ability. "Alright, #4 it's time to take back #27." Geo hugged Florida tighter and hissed at the men in hazmat suits. Hearing that made Florida snap back into his original look. "4. Don't make this difficult." Florida hugged him back, he didn't want to leave his new friend. He was a nice one. "#4. Hand him over." The man reached to grab Florida but Geo slapped his hand away with his tail. "OW!! YOU BITCH!!" The man pulled out a small remote and pressed #4. Triggering Georgia's shock collar. The man strikes in pain letting go of the panicked Florida to try and rip off the collar. Eventually, he passed out. "And I'll be taking this~!" The other one reached grabs Florida. "Let's get out of here." The two men left with the screaming Florida in their arms.

David smiled at Kate. "I think he gets too attached almost like a father," she whispered. "Eh, not so bad. At least he didn't try killing him like Spain or England."
David quickly jotted down a few more things before the two left to monitor the #5's reaction.
