Jealousy (Ohio x Indiana but they're kids-)

Indiana was just relaxing in his room. Not much to do on a Sunday anyway.
He could hear Michigan and Ohio yelling in the other room. He couldn't understand why his best friends couldn't get along.

They were nice. But they just started fighting all the time now. It kinda hurt his feelings. Indiana never liked people fighting, and when there was one he would try to find a way to stop. But these two never did.

Indiana got up grabbing his little cardinal plush, D.C got him a few years ago, exciting his room in a huff walking straight into Michigan and Ohio's shared bedroom.

Meet by a long strip of tape diving the two sides of the room. "Uhhhh... Guys? Don't you think you're taking this whole rivalry thing a bit far?"

Ohio turned to see Indiana and smiled brightly. A complete mood change-

"No! Not at all!! Everythings fine Indi!!" Ohio got up and tried walking to him only for Michigan to push him away. "Nope. My side of the room. The door is mine." Michigan grinned and purposely pulled Indiana into a hug. "Awwww thanks, Michi~" Indi giggled and hugged him back. Not realizing Michigan was still grinning at the pissed Ohio.

Michigan didn't "like like" Indiana like Ohio did. But he did like him as a friend. And would kill anyone who makes the bean cry. But he still wouldn't pass up a chance to make his old rival mad.

"Anywayyyyy!!! How about we get something to eat....." Ohio growled, giving his best 'I'm gonna kill you in your sleep' glare to Michigan.
"Do you want a hug too? I think you need one come here Ohio!!" Indiana hugged Ohio tightly.

Ohio's face flushed and his hands trembled. Slowly he turned the hug with a small smile forming on his face. "Ok, let's go eat I'm starving!" Michigan grabbed Indiana's hand and dragged him away with an enraged Ohio speeding behind them. "WAIT FOR ME!!"

"Daaaaad!!! What's for dinner!!! I'm hungry!!" Ohio whined climbing onto D.C's back. (I love dad D.C lol-)

D.C sighed. He did not sign up for this. "DAAAAAD!!!"

"MR. DAAAAD WHAT'S FOR DINNER!!"

"DAD!!"

D.C groaned, where's Gov when you need him. He's always disappearing on his ass man... Michigan grabbed his sleeve and started tugging at it repeatedly. "MR.DAAAAAD!!! I'M HUNGRY!!!"

"Dear God... Ok! Ok! What do you want to eat?!" D.C grabbed Ohio and placed him on the floor. "Oh! Can we have Chicken!! Pleaseeee!" Indiana begged. "Damn it I can't say no to you. Ok. I'll tell Alabama to make some Chicken and something else."

"YAY!!" Ohio smiled again and Indiana's excitement. He didn't know how Indiana was always so happy and positive. But it's not like he would complain. It was cute seeing him jump and dance around. No. Not cute, adorable.

"COME ON GUYS LETS GO TELL ILLINOIS!!" Indiana grabbed both the boys and dragged them out the back door. To where Illinois usually hangs out in Mary's Garden. "ILLI!!"

Illinois jumped, then smiled. "Hi, guys!!" Indiana hugged Illinois. The boy was a hugger. "Ok! Ok! Get off me!!" Illinois laughed. Ohio looked pissed again, that should be him hugging Indiana... "Jealous?" Michigan whispered. "S-Shut up!!" Ohio punched his arm.

"Ow..."

"Mr. Alabama is making us chicken for supper!!" Illinois got up, and dusted off his overalls then yelled, "YEEEEAAAAAAAHHHHHH BOOOOOOIIIIII!!!!" Indi laughed, "COME ON INDI DO IT!!" Illinois shook his friend. "SAY IT!!"

"FINE!! YEAAAAAAAAHHH BOOOOIII!!" Illinois laughed and slapped his back. "Anyway, guys you'll never believe what I found in Mary's garden!! Follow me!!" Illinois picked up a stick and started walking everyone deeper into the garden.

After approximately 10 minutes they arrived at a small cliff. Below was a big river.

"I didn't even know Mary grew rivers!!" Illinois said smiling. "No stupid!! You don't make rivers the clouds were crying so much it filled the hole!!" Ohio exclaimed slapping the back of Illinois's head. "OW!! Yeesh, I get it asshole."

Indiana gasped. "HE JUST SAID THE A-WORD!!" Michigan yelled. Ohio grinned. "WAIT FOR NO!! I DIDN'T MEAN IT!!" Illinois panicked. "Ooooooo~ I'm gonna tell~!" Ohio started backing away. Illinois started pleading for him not to. "IT JUST SLIPPED OUT DON'T DO IT!!"

"DAAAAAD!!!" Ohio ran off and Illinois darted after him. "NO!!"

Indiana and Michigan were left alone. "Wow. Rude just left us here!!" Michigan spat. "Should we go after them?" Indi asked. "Nah. Let's just relax!"

Michigan sat down and just stared at the semi-clear waters. "It's pretty isn't it?" He mumbled. Indiana sat next to him. "Yeah, really pretty."

"What if I pushed Ohio off of this-"

"MICHI!!!"

"WHAT?!?!"

Indiana shook his head with a disapproving face. "Not nice. You two are my best friends and should get along!!" Michigan sighed and nodded. The problem for him is that it's hard to get along with someone so unbearable. Indiana yawned. "Tired?"

Indiana nodded. And leaned his head on Michigan's shoulder.

"Good night Indi."

"Night Michi."

Michigan entered his room and shut the door behind him. He noticed Ohio curled up in a ball on his bed. Truthfully he didn't care but he had looked like a decent roommate. "What's up with you?"

"I see how it is... I steal Toledo. You steal Indiana..."

"What are you talking about?"

"I saw you two!! I'm not blind Michigan!!"

-Flashy backy-

Ohio watched the two from afar. Of course. He knew it was bound to happen. He shouldn't be sad, should he?

Indiana likes someone else. That's ok. Whatever makes him happy ya know. Ohio could just feel his heartbreak. Hot tears slowly ran down his cheeks.
This is fine. Everything is gonna be fine. Ohio just turned and walked away. Sadness filling his already broken heart.

-And it's over-

"So that is what you're on about seriously?! You know I don't 'like like' Indi. He's just my friend."

"LIAR!!"

"I AM NOT LYING!!"

"YES, YOU ARE!!"

"NO, I AM NOT!!! YOU'RE OVER REACTING!! HE JUST FELL ASLEEP OB MY SHOULDER!!" Ohio rolled his eyes. "JUST LEAVE!!" Michigan huffed. "FINE!! JERK!!" Michigan stomped out of the room.

Indiana had heard everything. Not only was he hurt that his friends were fighting but he was flustered that Ohio had liked him. Then again he can't admit to not feeling a similar way.

Indiana snuck into the boy's room. "Ohio?"

"Go away..."

"No. I'm here to help you." Indiana climbed onto Ohio's bed and sat next to him."Shouldn't you be with your new Boyfriend Indiana?" He growled slightly. Indiana giggled. "I already am honey!"

Ohio's face burned. "E-excuse me?!"

"You heard me, honey!! I heard everything just in case you were wondering."

"Oh..."

Indiana hugged Ohio and kissed his cheek. "I love you!!"

"I l-love you too..."
