Gov and D.C came up with the rule you get caught you share, it only applies to snacks the states may sneak for themselves.

So... I think it's ideal that the one who's always caught is Wisconsin or Indiana because they probably forgot or didn't care-

Ohio and Michigan eventually had to stop sharing rooms because of their deep-rooted hatred for each other

When the country first started all the OG 13 states were like teenagers, and after years of abuse from Britain they made a vow to never treat their kids like that in the future or any other kid like that

I feel like the main reason Geo took in a lot of the southern states is that they reminded him of himself when under Britain's rule and honestly how powerless he felt

Florida was a very hyperactive kid

When Florida met D.C for the first time to talk about him becoming a territory he brought him some flowers... and a frog- D.C was flattered yet very confused.

Louie as a kid was taken care of by the Chattahoochee tribe back in the day, another reason he met Geo was because of them (If ya didn't know when Georgia was a colony Native American land was respected and Slavery was illegal for a while, then, of course, they got rid of the slavery rule-)

When a new state entered the union D.C did his best to raise as many as he could, Gov randomly popping up to help sometimes-

Gov may or may not have thought half of the kids how to fire a cannon and shoot at people

Utah was one of the only religious kids, there were more but he was definitely the most.

Florida after he ran away started losing interest in religion and eventually just started using it to get even with people

Kentucky 100% stayed by Geo's side as a kid, I think he would've been scared easily but eventually grew out of it

Colorado would have been that one weird kid who ate glue in the back of the class

I feel like the four corners were very close as kids and would always be together holding hands and playing-

D.C as a kid would honestly be a very closeted person, he wouldn't talk about his feelings or to anyone really because of his home life, he'd be that one loner kid that everyone just left alone

I.D.C as a kid would be a crazy "unladylike" kinda girl in the neighborhood not wanting to do housework as her mother told her to, instead she wanted to be doing the stuff D.C was forced to do

D.C snuck I.D.C his papers sometimes because she loved to learn but wasn't allowed to because of her gender at the time (It's the old days ok-)

N.Y as a kid would have been very outgoing and a very positive person, but after all the trama he just became the angry New York we know now

Mass 100% had a friend who died in the revolutionary war, one reason why he doesn't make any human friends anymore, and another reason to hate Britain (after already losing his kid-)

D.C as a kid was told to be silent and work, that was it. Any time he might try to speak his mind he was hit with a large piece of wood

Mary had a sea shell collection but they somehow disappeared- (Mass had to get rid of them because they stunk-)

New York had an awful fear of bugs and still does

Geo used to scream at the sight of snow. He just didn't like it. So sometimes Britain would put him out in the snow if he wasn't cleaning enough

Kentucky was a firebug and liked being around the fireplace :)

Every time a little state had a nightmare they'd go into one of the OG 13 states or the Government's rooms and just snuggle next to them

Virginia pretended to be a man at first to escape Britain, it worked then he stopped after the war. Then eventually decided that being a man worked best for him.

Louie as a kid could never get the hang of hard r words in English so it would always sound a little funny

Louie was at one point taller than Florida, one point-

Lil' Texas was and still is very protective of his pals

Texas stays around Gov when Geo or his pals are gone and honestly it kinda creeps Gov out-

Gov as a kid would be the very dangerous yet chill kid on the block and he would be the one starting stores to sell things like candy for cheep

If a teacher ever took something from D.C Gov would most likely steal it back for him

Cali stayed with D.C and New York a lot because he didn't have many friends then or now-
