Y/n and Itachi sat at the table as they waited for their order. Itachi smiled at y/n as he rubbed her hand softly with his hand.
"How's school so far, y/n? I don't want you to get distracted."
Itachi told y/n, he cared about her education just as much as he did with his. He wanted y/n to succeed in life even if she's with him or not. Y/n smiled as she looked at Itachi.
"It's going good actually! I have good grades and everything! I still need to apply to college but I don't know where..."
Y/n told Itachi as she sighed softly with a small smile. Itachi smiled as he looked at y/n, he raised his eyebrow a bit in a curious way.
"Do you know what you want to do as a career?"
Itachi asked y/n, she smiled as she shrugged her shoulders a bit. Her cheeks turned red as she looked at Itachi, she was shy when it came to talking about things she was passionate about.
"I want to be in the medical area I just don't know what though. I want to be a doctor but then again I also want to be a surgical tech."
Y/n told Itachi, his eyes widened as he felt taken back. Throughout this whole time he's known y/n he never knew that y/n was into medicine.
"Really..?! I never knew you were into medicine. What made you want to be in the medical area?"
Itachi asked as he looked at y/n, he was actually interested on her career. Y/n smiled as she felt a bit better at talking about the career she wanted, whenever she talked about it with her parents they never cared. It was like a fresh of breath air that someone finally cared about what she wanted to do.
"Well I've always liked taking care of people so that got me interested in the medical area. When the incident with Yuki happened it really opened my eyes... I could save people that try to do the same thing that Yuki did."
Y/n told Itachi as she smiled softly at him. Itachi blushed a bit as he looked at y/n, he truly did admire y/n more than anything. He was glad that y/n cared about her education, she was pretty and smart and that was perfect to him. Itachi smiled as he looked into y/n's E/C eyes.
"That's really sweet of you, y/n. I can tell you're passionate about it, your eyes light up when you talk about it. Do you have any idea on where you're going to college?"
Itachi asked making y/n sighed as she leaned into her chair a bit. She frowned a bit as she looked at Itachi and shook her head.
"No... besides all medical schools are crazy expensive I don't know if I'll be able to handle it... I'll probably go to a community college that's close by though."
