Y/n's eyes fluttered open as she looked at the window. Tiny drops of water covered the window as it ran down and eventually dropped off the corner. It was raining heavy outside which only helped y/n's depression. Y/n sighed as she sat up and rubbed her eyes.

"What time is it?"

Y/n thought to herself as she looked around her blanket for her phone. She moved the blanket roughly causing the phone to hit the wall. Y/n grabbed it and looked at the time.

Y/n sighed as she closed her eyes for a bit. She's been waking up around this time ever since he left... she felt a wave of sadness hit her at the thought of him.

Itachi uchiha

Y/n felt tears form in the corner of her eyes as she held her phone tight. It's been a year since he left without a word. She felt like if she almost didn't know him anymore. Y/n looked at her guitar that was in the corner of her room. It was the guitar Itachi had gave to her for her 15th birthday. Itachi, y/n, and sasuke have been friends since they were little. Itachi only beat them by one year which left y/n and Sasuke together in high school for their last year. Itachi had already graduated but the day he graduated he disappeared like if it was nothing.

"I knew you'd be up this late. Go to sleep idiot."

Y/n looked up only to see that Sasuke was staring at her with tired eyes. Y/n rolled her eyes as he walked closer to her. He patted her head as he pushed her over and laid down in her bed. Y/n pouted as she pushed Sasuke a bit.

"Hey..! get out my bed you idiot...!"

Y/n yelled quietly as Sasuke smirked a bit. It wasn't weird for the both of them just to crawl into each other's bed late at night. They saw each other as siblings which is the reason why they decided to move in together.

"Nah I'm tired. I think I might just sleep here. G'night."

Sasuke told y/n as he closed his eyes and put his arms behind his head. Y/n sighed as she moved over to give Sasuke space. She looked out the window to look at the moon. It always reminded her of Itachi for some reason maybe it was because it would light up the sky whenever it was dark. Just how he would light up her day when things were bad.

"You're thinking about him aren't you?"

Sasuke asked y/n as he opened his eyes and looked at y/n. She looked back at him and nodded a bit. She felt tears form at the corner of her eyes again as she tightened her fists. Sasuke sighed as he sat up and hugged y/n causing her to cry into his chest. He knew just how much she loved his brother. He couldn't forget the face she had when she found out that Itachi had left her without saying anything.

"I hate him...! I hate him so much Sasuke...!"

Y/n yelled quietly as she pulled on Sasuke's shirt a bit. Y/n couldn't stop crying as she shook underneath Sasuke's arms. Every memory she had with Itachi flashed in her mind causing her to cry even more.

"Calm down y/n please. I know you don't hate him you just hate on what he did to you."

What did Itachi do to y/n? Well he left y/n helplessly in love with him and left her life out of nowhere. Y/n closed her eyes tightly as she hugged Sasuke. Y/n remembered the memory that hurt her the most. It used to be a memory that would always make her feel butterflies whenever she thought of him. It was her first kiss.

——————————Flashback—————————

Y/n and Itachi were walking after school together alone. Sasuke had to stay after school with Naturto to help him study for the next test.

"Today's a nice day! I don't feel like going home anytime soon."

Y/n laughed as she swung her bag a bit. Itachi chuckled a bit as he nodded. He pointed towards a direction catching y/n's attention.

"Want to go to the fair? I heard it's nice especially this year."

Itachi asked y/n as he smiled at her. She looked over as she saw the rides at the fair. Her eyes gleamed up as she nodded and grabbed Itachi's hand and ran towards the location.

Y/n and Itachi ate some dangos as they talked and walked around. They spent the whole day together riding rides and playing games. Itachi started to chuckle as he looked at y/n. He noticed that she was looking at the Ferris wheel. He grabbed y/n's hand causing her to blush a bit.

"Where are we going Itachi?"

"To the Ferris wheel. You've been eyeing it since we got here!"

Itachi told y/n as he laughed softly. Y/n smiled as she ran in the line with Itachi. The line went by fast as they got on the Ferris wheel. Y/n was excited as she looked around the fair and all the lights under her. Itachi couldn't stop looking at her as he grabbed her hand softly.

"You look beautiful y/n."

Y/n's eyes widened a bit as she blushed and smiled softly. Itachi grabbed y/n's cheek and rubbed it softly with his thumb. She felt her heart speed up as they both leaned in slowly. Their lips met into a soft and sweet kiss. It felt perfect to y/n as the fireworks went off behind them. They parted and look at the fireworks in the Ferris wheel together while they held hands.

It pained y/n thinking about the memory she had with Itachi. She stopped crying into Sasuke's chest and stayed completely still. She couldn't hate Itachi because she was still in love with him. She felt empty as she laid down next to Sasuke. Y/n looked up at the ceiling as a tear slipped down the corner of her eyes and fell onto the pillow.

"I know it hurts y/n. He shouldn't have played with your feelings like that. The next time I'll see him I'll kick his ass."

Sasuke told y/n as he gritted his teeth a bit. Y/n let out a little smile as she shook her head. Even though she hated on what he did to her she never wished harm upon Itachi. She was just grateful that no one knew on what happened between them.

"Please don't hurt him. I love him too much..."

Y/n told Sasuke quietly causing him to sigh and lay back down next to her. Sasuke wrapped an arm around y/n as he hugged her protectively.

"Whatever... just go to sleep idiot our first day of senior year is today."

Sasuke smiled as he closed his eyes. Y/n let out a soft chuckle as she nodded. They were excited to finish their last first day of school together and finish the year. Y/n hugged Sasuke back as she covered herself with the sheets.

"Alright then. Goodnight Sasuke thanks for being here for me."

"Anytime idiot."
