I made my way towards Dumbledore's office. I rode the weird stair thing up and was soon standing in the doorway of his office.
It was very big with a lot of paintings and bookshelves. "Take a seat," Dumbledore appeared out of nowhere. I was scared of what may come out of this.
I slowly sat down on the chair near his desk. Weirdly he didn't sit down, he stood over the desk from me looking down at me. "So, how are you Y/n?" He asked with a smile. Was this a trap?
"Oh, I'm uh, ve-very good," I stuttered a little.
"How are you getting along with other students?" He asked like I was a toddler or something.
"Very well," I said shortly. Mostly I thought about my friends tho.
"Did they take the news well?" He asked. "What news?" I was confused.
"About professor Snape," he specified. "Oh, uh, yeaah?" I said.
"No one has said anything about it?" He finally sat down on the other side of the desk. "No," I said shortly. I didn't want to get in detail, and once I would say it, I would have to.
He looked at me suspiciously. Like he didn't believe what I said. Was my acting that bad? Pansy impression had been spot on tho. But he didn't ask it again.
"Do you know, what is going on with all the fights lately?" He asked. 'Oh you mean the fights that Draco has gotten into for me?' I thought to myself a little mockingly. "I'm not sure sir," I said politely.
"Very well. Now I think it's time to talk about missing a lot of classes and not sleeping in the school at night," he smiled. But it wasn't a bad smile. It seemed understanding. But maybe it was fake.
'There is no way I get out of this without getting expelled' I got nervous. I'm in so much trouble, I know it.
"There is nothing to be afraid of," he said.
"Okay, well, I have been missing some classes yeah, but it's all been totally by accident," I lied. But not fully!
"What about the time you and Mr Malfoy went into the forest?" He asked specifically. Oh shit. "Um, it uh," I didn't know what to say to that.
"Believe it or not, Y/n, I was once young too. I know how it is," he said. I told you, understanding.
"Well, at first I thought we were just gonna walk during the free time, since the creature care was dismissed, but we ended up finding the cabin," I said twisting the truth a tiny bit.
"Neither of you have been in this cabin before?" He asked. Well Draco has. "Not that I know, no," I said seeming pretty convincing I think.
"Alright. If that's so, you are free to go. And try not to skip any more classes," he said once again with a smile, and I got up.
"Of course," I assured him and then quickly got out of there. I think I got off pretty easy.
Holy shit. I felt like he could see in me, or like he knows stuff. Isn't it weird? Maybe I'm just nervous.
I quickly got back to the dungeons. Once I got to the dungeons I slowed down a little. Dungeons felt like a safe spot.
All of a sudden I was pulled into the potions classroom. The door swung shut and I was pushed against the wall facing -
"Aiden?" I looked at him with a questioning face.
"Why did he want to see you?" He asked right away. "He wanted to know, why I have skipped so much lately," I said.
"You're lying," he grabbed my wrist very tightly into his hand, placing it against the cold stone wall next to my head.
"I'm not! I didn't tell him anything about you! He didn't even ask!" I tried to get out of his grip with the help from my other hand, but he grabbed this one into his strong grip as well.
