My grade? We haven't even had a test. At least not any I would know of.
Snape motioned for others to move along and so they did, leaving me standing alone with Snape in the middle of an empty corridor.
"We haven't had a test. What grade is it about?" I asked right away. I was trying to make it quick to catch up with others before the great hall.
"It's not about a grade," he said lowering his tone.
I looked back at him a little confused. "If that's about the bracelet again, I'm leaving," I pointed down the corridor where others had went.
"Before class, why were people talking about you and professor Lupin?" He got right to the point. "Is there something going on?"
"First, if there was, you'd be the last to know, secondly, no that already got debunked. Rickon made it up," I responded.
"Rickon? Jenkins? Your old classmate in Beauxbatons?" He seemed a little lost. I nodded.
"Your old b- friend?" He was a little lost still. How hard was it to get.
"Frankly yes!" I said a little louder getting annoyed.
"But we fixed it already. Merroy told him to stop lying," I said proudly. I had came up with a perfect plan.
"Merroy? I thought you two hated each other," he got even more and more lost. You could see that in his eyes looking for answers from the ground.
"We do. Your point?" I nodded carelessly.
"My point is, why would he help you?" He asked lowering his eyebrows.
"I have my ways," I looked him dead serious in the eye and ended it with a slight smirk.
"What's that supposed to mean? Your ways? What are you doing Y/n?" He got a little closer and lowered his tone. No one was even around.
"Doesn't matter. But now if you don't mind, I have to catch up with my friends and go eat dinner," I said taking a step in the direction others had went.
"Good, I'm going there too," he said and with one step was next to me.
"Didn't you come from that direction. I thought you were gonna go to your office or something," I said. I really didn't want to walk with him to the great hall.
"Yes I did. Your point?" he was clearly mocking me. Ughh!!
Through the corridors I had to walk with Snape by my side. Neither of us said a word to each other the whole time. Not that I wanted to talk, just.
"Wait up!" I yelled as soon as I noticed my friends right at the passage to the great hall. I quickly ran up to them, away from Snape.
I ran next to Theo, who naturally placed his hand on my hip and didn't even question it. I looked back and saw Snape getting very close. "Let's go,"
We walked through the passage and entered the great hall. All the tables were pretty much packed and on the Slytherin table, there were barely and free spots.
"Move," Theo demanded one of the Slytherins to move so that we would have enough room to sit together. It worked. He instantly slid himself to the right.
"So, weird day," Hayes said as soon as we started eating our dinner.
"Weird for sure. Why did Merroy call Rickon out. That's the weirdest part," Ly was wondering aloud.
Others' looks turned to me with curiosity. "What did you tell him when he pulled you to talk to him?" Theo asked.
"Nothing really. I didn't expect him to do that either," I made an innocent face. Of course I knew why was that but others didn't know about Aiden, so I couldn't tell them.
