Camila's Pov
I pull up outside of the woods and Liam and I hop out of the car. Liam goes and grabs Theo from the backseat, grabbing both chains and handing me one of them.

We walk into the forest and Liam tugs Theo along whilst I just hold onto the end, politely. We start walking through the forest and look around when Liam speaks up.

"This was a bad idea." he says.

"It's not a bad idea Li."I reassure him.

"It's a terrible idea." Theo says and Liam tugs the chains harder, causing me to snort.

"Nice positivity you got there." I say sarcastically, causing Theo to look at me.

"I told you where the transformer is, I told you how it works. I don't need to be here when it blows up." Theo exclaims.

"Of course, of course you choose to look out for yourself. Peoples lives are at stake Theo. Not just your own. And it's not gonna blow up." I argue, stopping in my tracks.

He stands still, his eyes flickering between mine and Liam's.

" They ride the lightning. We can use it to catch him and keep him there until we figure out what he wants." Liam says.

"It's a good idea." I add.

"Your trying to catch a Ghost Rider. A million things can go wrong. Terrible idea!" Theo replies.

"The bad idea was bringing him back." Liam sighs. "Scott was right, this was a mistake." he finishes, looking disappointed in himself.

I grab ahold of his spare hand and hold it in mine.

"You took a risk Liam. It may not have been the best risk but it was the right thing to do." I say, taking a step closer to him.

"What if it all goes to shit?" Liam asks, moving closer to me.

"Everyone here believes in you. I believe in you." I say, holding his hand tighter.

"I can't do this." Liam complains.

"We can do this." I emphasises on the 'we'.

Liam leans forward and hugs me, kissing my forehead whilst I'm in his grasp. We pull apart a few seconds but just stand there, looking at each other, as if our way of reassuring each other it'll be working.

"Are you guys gonna have a disgusting moment or can we go?" Theo asks, seeming annoyed.

I smirk at Liam and he smirks back.

He places his hand on my lower back and pulls me closer to him. I wrap my hand around the back of his neck and we both lean in for a kiss.

"Stop. No, let's just go." Theo says, pushing Liam ahead.

Liam and I smirk at each other, knowing we pissed him off, before we start walking again. As we walk off my phone starts ringing and I see that it's Melissa.

"Hey I'll catch up." I say and Liam nods his head before dragging Theo off with him.

I wait a few seconds before I answer.

"Camila, thank god you picked up."
"Hi Melissa, anything you need?"
"We're putting your Dad on life support, I don't know why but he's not getting better or showing any signs of improvement. He might not make it through the night."
"Oh." is all I say.
"Are you gonna come to the hospital incase he takes a turn for the worst."

I bite my lip, deep in thought, before I answer.

"I can't."
"Why not?"
"I'm doing something right now which will help us find Stiles."
"Okay, well that seems fair."
"Please keep me updated."
"I will."
"Okay thanks."
"Wait Camila."
"Yes?"
"Do you really hate your Dad?"
"I do. But that doesn't mean I don't care."
"Good. Stay safe and I'll keep you updated."
"Thanks again." I say, ending the call.

My Dad's on life support and he's probably gonna die tonight. I'm not gonna be there with him. Is that selfish of me?

I put my phone back into my back pocket and continue to walk through the forest alone. I finally get to the transformer and I see Scott screwing the pipes on the ceiling. Liam and Theo have just arrived and Mason is helping Scott.

"Mila, perfect timing. I need you to help me with....this thing outside." Scott says, hopping off of the crate and pulling me outside.

When we get outside he shuts the shack doors.

"My Mom told me about your Dad, a couple of minutes before she told you." Scott says, looking at me sadly.

"Don't give me sympathy Scotty. If it happens, it happens, there's nothing we can do." I say.

"But you could always heal him before it happens. Or you can bring him back to life." he suggests, but I stay quiet.

"Are you not wanting to do that?" he asks.

"No it's not that it's just..." I pause before lifting the hoodie up, showing Scott the bandages, which still have blood seeping through them.

Scott sighs.

"Your worried that if you heal your Dad then you could die yourself, since your not healing." he says and I nod.

"What the hell is happening to me?" I sniff back tears as I speak quietly.

Scott bites his lip to suppress another sigh.

"I don't know Cami. But it's nothing that you won't get past. Your the strongest person I know, including Derek and he's pretty damn strong." Scott says.

I chuckle lightly.

"Yeah he is." I say.

There's a moment of silence.

"What if something happens and I can't heal?" I ask him worriedly.

"You will heal, the pack will do something." Scott says and I look down at the floor, trying to mask my tears.

"I'll do something." Scott emphasises on the 'I'll'.

I let a couple tears fall and I quickly wipe them away, not wanting Scott to see. I don't even realise how worried Scott is until he pulls me into a tight hug.

"I'm not letting anything happen to you again Cami." he says, wrapping his arms tight around me.

We both pull away from the hug a couple minutes later.

"I promise I'll do something." he says as he offers me his hand.

I smiles slightly at him and I take it, as we walk back inside.
