Obanai and you have been dating for two years now. All the pillars found out after Renguko and Uzui caught you both making out while visiting the Serpent Estate. You are also a pillar, the Thunder Hashira. 

You're an average pillar, still training to perfection, yearning for a incandescent future as a Thunder Hashira. Obanai loves your determination, everyday you would train alone in the training grounds, sometimes Mitsuri or Shinobu tags along. From afar, your boyfriend, would be laying under a tree and watch you train.

You felt exultation whenever you're around with Obanai, so does he. You both fought here and there but the wronged one would always apologize. Alright, that's enough for brief information, let us talk about the current moments. 

"Good morning darling," you smiled as you say your prayer and ate breakfast. Obanai yawned and sat across you, eating the breakfast you had prepared. "Morning dear, thank you for preparing breakfast," Obanai smiled. You blushed and smiled shyly. After breakfast, the both of you did your own things. Obanai going to a mission while you're just training and spending time with your lovely crow, waiting for a mission. "Morning Norio!" you greeted your crow.

The crow nodded "Morning! Morning!" he squeaked. You fed him some nuts and rice grains. "Eat up" you said before leaving the Serpent Estate and went to your usual training ground.

You sighed happily and prepared the dummy. Today, you're going to practice combat. That's why you had a dummy in front of you. You started to throw some punches for a few minutes, till it turns to hours. Beads of sweat fall from your glowing S/C. Your eyes glinted with exhaustion. Your breathing was unstable. You took in a deep breath and used your breathing technique to stabilize your unstable breathing. 

You then head back towards your boyfriend's estate until you heard Norio cawed as he perched on your shoulder. "Y/N-chan shall go to the village in the west! There had been sighting of a demon that had been eating children!" it cawed. You nodded, and quickly galloped away towards where Norio was pointing at. 

It was very far, it took a whole day to reach there by foot, and it was already nighttime at the time you reached there. You slowed down your pace and looked around at the sleepy village. There were no one in the streets, it's probably that they were alarmed, scared to let risk their lives in danger. You ambulated around the village before you heard rustling and intense ripping noises. You slowly walked towards where it was coming from, your boots were surely going in a slow yet steady pace. 

You peaked from behind a wall of a house and your eyes widened to see a bloodied child being eaten viscously by a hungry demon. The demon teared and ripped out the child's flesh mercilessly as the child was already dead. You gulped as beads of sweat started forming. 

"Thunder Breathing, Fourth Form, Distant Thunder," you mumbled silently as you unsheathed your blade from your scabbard and it generated a ball of powerful energy that sent powerful multi attacks to the demon, you quickly sped towards the demon before chopping its head off easily, blood was seen as it sprinkled everywhere. 

You sheathed your blade again and huffed at the demon, unfortunately, the child was already devoured selfishly by the demon. After the mission, you collapsed on your futon, you didn't bother to visit Obanai because you were to exhausted. Norio poked your cheek with his beak. "Sleep Y/N-chan! You might die because of overworking! You must live for me! Live for me! Live for me!" he cawed.

You raise a brow. Norio. Norio, your crow of three years had never said such things. "Why?" you asked. "You're the best owner a crow could ever asked!" as it bobbed up and down. You smiled kindly before placing a rather expensive strawberry moshi in front of him. "Your gift," you smiled before you rubbed your eyes and sleep. 

The journey to the village took you about a day to reach there and you were exhausted. Norio secretly wished that he was human so he could help around. You have been training a lot and treating Norio like a king which he always think that he doesn't deserve this kind of attention.

Norio poked your head with his beak before nuzzling himself next to your sleeping face because your body was very warm. He cawed before he flew and flap his wings back to the mochi and starting to devouring the mochi. He really feel loved and save with you and you knew that.

Obanai sighed. Three days. Three days he haven't seen you and yet, he missed you lots. He missed you calling him "My little snake," and affection. Of course, he wouldn't admit it. He laid in bed after eating dinner, as Kaburamaru hissed. "You must be missing her," he hissed in Serpent Language.  "Yeah," Obanai nodded.

"Go to her estate," Kabumaramu rolled his eyes, hissing at him. "Since when did you become a smart snake?" Obanai asked. Kaburamaru gave him a offended snake face. "How dare you–I mean, I don't know Master Iguro," it hissed..

Obanai sighed. "Tomorrow, she's probably asleep" he mumbled. Kaburamaru nodded before making himself comfortable next to Obanai and the both of them fell asleep. As rays of sunlight peered through the window and it aimed right on your face, your eyes slowly opened. You sat up as you rubbed your eyes and yawned, feeling refreshed.

 "Good morning Master Y/N!" Norio cawed as he poked your face. You sighed and cupped the bird's body into your palms. "Good morning Norio," you nodded tiredly. Your hair is a mess and your face looked exhausted. "You should take a shower and hangout with your boyfriend!" Norio suggested. "Or go training with Uzui," Norio continued as he raised his left wing. You nodded. "Thanks for the suggestion Norio," you said before placing the bird down on the futon while you stand up and stretched. 

"Norio, what do you want to eat for breakfast today?" you asked your crow. "Anything will be just fine, Master Y/N" Norio nodded its small head. "Okay" you mumbled before you head to the shower. After bathing and eating breakfast with your little crow, you decided to not train today and hangout with Obanai and his pet snake, Kaburamaru. You knocked on the door of the snake estate. Obanai opened the door and instantly brightened up. 

"Morning darling," you greeted as you snake your arms around his neck and his around your waist. "Mornin' hun," Obanai smiled as you ran a finger on his scar. Your finger bringing warmth to his face. "I missed you," Obanai mumbled while pulling you into a tight hug. Kaburamaru slithered down Obanai's body and slithered towards Obanai's room while you chuckled. You gave Obanai a long and lovely kiss and Obanai smiled in satisfaction. The both of you pulled away, "I missed you too my little snake," you smiled before pulling him into a passionate kiss.
