IT'S ODD, ISN'T IT? The king of the ferocious demons had manage to get his heart captivated by one pitiable girl named L/n Y/n. The royal mighty king of demons had manage to melt and soft in her presence. His love for the girl grew stronger with each second that had pass by, and soon, it grew to be much worse than that. An obsession. 

He became absolutely infatuated with her, she was just the definition of perfect. However, Y/n was pretty weak due to the illness she got, though he offered the lady to turn into a demon, the lady refused kindly, unless she is the verge of death, she would allow him to. Muzan agreed, since, again, he's a total softie when it comes to her. Who knew that the Lord of all Demons would fall deeply in love with a human girl? 

The man had been going on a series of murders, but all of them have one thing in common, they are connected with the girl he loves the most. Like I said in the beginning, his love had turned to a sickening obsession, to the point that he'd murder everyone the girl knows out of rage and jealousy. 

Y/n started to feel lonely after a while, everyone she knows disappeared without a trace, and she wondered why, but she was glad that Muzan, her boyfriend, was always there for her, no matter what. Though she knew that Muzan was a demon, to be more specific, the King of all demons, she still loved him for who he is.

"I'll have to go for a meeting dear," his deep voice rang in her ears. "Can I come?" Y/n tilted her head up at the man. "No, you can't," he said simply with a stern expression. Y/n clasped her hands together. "Please, please, please!" Y/n said with bright eyes. Muzan sighed in defeat. "Alright, alright," Muzan said with a low growl. Y/n cheered before slightly coughing, but her lips still held a smile either way. 

The both of them reached the fortress, as Y/n looked around in wonder. "Pretty," Y/n said as she gazed at the many doors and rooms. Y/n then slipped her hand on his and entwined it. Muzan's pail cheeks turned a bit red, before he looked away and fixed his yukata. Suddenly, there are five demons that appeared before them. 

Y/n let go of Muzan's hands and stepped back, to stand behind the tall man. She felt a bit nervous, considering how fierce the demons look. "Rui is dead," Muzan said. "You all are disgustingly useless," Muzan furrowed his brows at them. "Forgive us Master, we'll try to be more at your use," a demon bowed. 'Who the hell is that?' one thought. 'That lady looks delicious, though she is giving me a sick scent. Is she sick? She must be! She's pail and smell like medication. Blergh, disgusting,' the one continued. 

A girl demon with horns protruding out of her forehead stared nervously. "Are you talking ill about my beloved?" a deep voice rang as Y/n felt shivers down her spine. 'How did he-' the same one thought. Y/n suddenly felt a grip on her hand that pushed her forward gently and softly. "I was thinking I should give you mercy, but you seem like you're asking for a death wish," Muzan glared coldly before he turned Y/n around and covered her ears gently. 

Y/n blinked at Muzan as she failed to notice a huge monster form and devoured everyone. The teeth of the monster crushed through their bones and into their meat before devouring them whole. Screams of agony and desperateness filled the room. Blood painted the whole ground horrifyingly, as Muzan's eyes were wide and a devilish smirk came falling on to his lips. 

Irk marks appeared and veins too, on his forehead and his neck. How could they insult his only loved one? One tried to escape, but Muzan's creature came shooting after the demon that was speeding into the distance. The monster showed its mighty sharp teeth and bit the demon's body, leaving his head to fall. Only Lower Moon One survived. 

Y/n looked up at Muzan's relaxed features, he was saying something to someone, still having his hands on her ears. Finally, he lifted his hands from her ears. "What was all that about?" Y/n asked as she turned around to notice, there weren't any demons at all. "Nothing darling," Muzan said simply. "Now, let's go home, yeah?" he asked with a small smile. "Yeah," Y/n nodded. Still feeling slightly weak and tired from all the commotion, though, one thing is stuck in her mind. 'What was that all about?'
