TOMIOKA GIYUU WAS THE WATER HASHIRA, and he was known to be stoic and nonchalant, but whenever he's around with his precious y/n, he would go feral around her. clearly, everyone knows that the both of them are in a relationship, and they knew just how much giyuu hates seeing his precious y/n being with someone else. 

they knew that he was obsessed with her, and some were even concerned for the girl, but they couldn't do anything because they know that giyuu would only shut her down even further. y/n was sitting down on the engawa with a bright expression on her face as she knit a scarf for her closest friend's birthday, daiki. 

daiki was her childhood friend and the both of them decided to be demon slayers together, but now, y/n was in a much more higher rank than daiki, she was well known to be the thunder hashira. she hummed a small tune as she kicked her legs happily before a familiar ravenette emerged into her view and sat down next to her, before he placed his head on her shoulder with a rather tight frown and hard blue hues. 

"hello darling," y/n cooed happily. "y/n," was all he said. "what are you making the scarf for?" he asked before y/n smiled at him. "just for a friend," she said. "who's that friend?" he said as he squinted his eyes rather jealously. "daiki, he's my childhood friend," y/n replied before she finished knitting the red scarf. "what do you think?" y/n asked. "good," giyuu replied silently. "but i wish it was for me," he said sincerely. 

"aw, don't worry, i'll knit you a scarf one day," y/n smiled before she hopped off the engawa and started walking away, giyuu fell on to the engawa as he pouted before he jumped off the engawa and silently followed her. "hey daiki!" y/n exclaimed brightly as daiki turned around and waved at her. "hello y/n," he greeted politely. "i made you this scarf," she grinned. "oh wow! you really didn't need to, but thank you so much!" he exclaimed with ecstasy sparkling in his eyes. 

he grabbed the scarf gently before wrapping it around his neck and cuddling it. "thank you, this is so kind of you n/n," he smiled before dragging her into a tight bear hug. "aw," y/n cooed before engulfing him in a hug too. giyuu's eyes twitched before he devised a plan inside his head. tonight, he was going to do something so that his y/n will never see daiki again. 

he was going feral at the sight of them being together. he was crazy, he was wild for his y/n, he had lost everything in his life, his beloved ones, and he can't risk loosing her. especially her. 

y/n pulled away from the hug before daiki and y/n started walking together, having a small chat just like what they always do. giyuu swiftly disappeared before reappearing behind a building, staring at them both as they passed by him, not noticing the well hidden man. 

giyuu's hands formed into fists as he glared at daiki fiercely before he shifted his position to get a better angle of them both and to catch up with their conversation. giyuu had killed so many people and demons that came near to y/n, that he didn't even know what's the count anymore, all he knew, is that daiki is his next victim.

it was night time as giyuu swiftly grabbed daiki before disappearing and reappearing in the nearby forest. "how dare you get your filthy hands on my precious y/n?" he asked, his cold and stoic demeanor seethed in anger. daiki looked at him confusedly. "what do you mean, tomioka-sama?" he asked. "and where am i?" he asked, looking around before backing up, noticing how giyuu's blue eyes were glowing dangerously. 

the next thing he knew, his mouth was tied tightly with ropes and his whole body was bounded with ropes. "hm, for being so close to my y/n, i will make sure you suffer first," his lips formed into a rather sadistic smile before he laughed maniacally. daiki trembled as he felt the sheer anger in his laugh. 

giyuu unsheathed his blade as daiki tried to back away, but he couldn't as he shook his head desperately, but he stopped as he coughed out blood when giyuu stabbed him powerfully with his katana on to daiki's heart. daiki screamed, but it was muffled as his blood started rushing out, soaking the ropes around him. giyuu repeatedly stabbed daiki's lungs, organs, and much more things, till his whole body was disfigured before giyuu decapitated daiki's head. 

y/n made her way through the forest to fetch some clear air as she hummed a small tune before hearing a muffled scream, deeper in the forest. she quickly galloped into the distance to notice giyuu decapitating an unrecognizable man. 

y/n's eyes widened as she stood in shock, she tensed as she felt that her stomach churned in the disturbing sight of the murder. "g-giyuu?" y/n said silently before he turned around with wide eyes. y/n felt fear and shock running through her veins within a second as soon as the both of them made eye contact. 

"oh dear," giyuu cooed silently as y/n felt her hands shaking as her heart started to race. "why? why did you do this?! daiki never did anything wrong! what is wrong with you?!" she shouted as she couldn't stop shaking and tears stated to spill out. giyuu smiled at her, but it wasn't soft, kind, gentle, it was a warning one, enough to make y/n shut her mouth. 

"i'll kill everyone you care about if it means that you'll only pay attention to me." y/n tensed up before she felt her face being pressed up against his warm shoulders. "so, you better only pay attention to me."
