After a few days of more concerts and interviews, it was our last day in Australia. Our flight back to America was scheduled at six in the evening to make the time difference as painless as possible. All of us got to sleep in till 10:00 which was a huge relief. Performing takes up a lot of energy and there is such a huge responsibility to make sure that the audience is having a good time. Keenan and Sophie walked into my room from the adjoining doors. "Hey guys! Did you sleep well?" I asked. "I can't remember the last time I slept so great," Sophie answered. "Do you want to order room service or go out for breakfast?" Keenan asked. "Let's go out for breakfast. I know a nice spot for breakfast that is close to the hotel," I answered. Keenan and Sophie left to get dressed. I washed my face and brushed my teeth. I put on jean shorts, a coral and white striped t-shirt, and light orange flip flops. I put on a bracelet and ring to match my outfit and picked up my beige handbag. I called Gina to let her know where we were going. Keenan and Sophie finished getting ready and we walked to the restaurant.
We were seated quickly. I ordered french toast with strawberries and bacon. Keenan got a croissant with eggs and bacon. Sophie ordered chocolate chip pancakes and strawberries. Our food came in ten minutes. It was delicious. "Do you know where we're doing the photoshoot today?" I asked. "I think we're going to Pine Hollow for the Secrets and Dreams cover and we're going to the beach for the other CD that will be released towards the end of the year," Keenan answered. "I'm so excited to see the horses," Sophie said. "Me too," I agreed. We finished our food. Before we left, a little girl ran up to us. "Are you guys the Saddle Club?" she asked. "We are," Keenan answered. "I love you so much. I watch the show and listen to your music every day," she told us. "That's so sweet. Thank you very much," I replied. We took a picture with her and walked back to the hotel. The crew finished loading the tour bus when we arrived. The three of us got in the bus and we drove off to Pine Hollow.
It took us an hour and a half to get to the stable. As soon as the bus stopped, we ran out of the bus and into the stable. All of the horses used for filming were there. I walked up to Rocky who plays my horse Prancer. "I missed you boy," I said petting his muzzle. Rocky neighed softly. Sophie and Keenan were petting their horses. I hugged Rocky. He wrapped his neck around me as if he was hugging back. "Okay girls, we need you at the fence by the forest trail," Rachel instructed. She's in charge of our photography. We followed the crew out to the fence. We put on jackets that Rachel wanted us to wear for the pictures. Mine had a light red plaid pattern. Keenan stood in the middle and I stood on the right side of her. We put our arms around each other and we smiled for the camera. They took about ten pictures. We took off our jackets. "For the next set of pictures, we'll be at the beach. We'll ride the horses on the trail to get there," Rachel stated. "Are we having them with their tack on for the pictures?" I asked. "Just with their halters on but put your bridles on so you can ride there," Rachel answered. Keenan, Sophie, and I hurried to the stables and put bridles on our horses. I lead Rocky out of the barn while the others followed us. I mounted Rocky. I nudged his sides and we started our trail ride.
A half hour later, we arrived at the beach and dismounted the horses. I held Starlight and Prancer's lead ropes for the pictures. Sophie stood next to Belle and Keenan was on the other side of Starlight. Rachel took a few pictures. "Now play around with the horses," she instructed. Keenan and I ran away from Starlight and Rocky. They ran after us. Rocky gave my shoulder a playful shove with his nose. I fell down laughing on the sand. Sophie helped me up and we mounted our horses. We started a game of tag. I was it. Rocky and I galloped over to Belle and Sophie. I reached out and tagged her arm. Rocky did a tight turn and we galloped in the opposite direction. Sophie tagged Keenan after a minute. Rocky dodged Starlight and jumped over a log. "Okay girls time to go," Rachel said. We slowed the horses down to a trot and headed back to the stable.
