~Maplewhisker's Prophecy~

When I opened my eyes I found myself in a familiar dark murky forest.

     Coming out from between two massive trees was Deathcry. "Hello Deathcry" I chirped.

     "Maplepaw" he purred trotting up to me. "I heard it was Lightningsky who killed you" I murmured.

     His dark green eyes widened "who told you that" he hissed. I flattened my ears "Lightningsky" I answered.

     He blinked then sighed muttering "So the great Lightningsky has yet took another one of my friends."

     I knew he probably did not want me to hear that. I sighed thinking he thinks of me as a friend and maybe a little more than that.

     "What are we doing tonight" I asked. He grinned "I'm going to teach you to protect yourself" he announced proudly.

      "Great" I purred giving a little bounce of excitement. "Then let's get started" he meowed.

     "Attack me" he ordered. I nodded lunging at him. Almost instantly his paw shot out hitting me in the chest.

     I let out a yelp as I landed on my side. Grunting I got to my paws. I growled at him when he started laughing.

     Stomping over to him I sank my teeth into his tail. I giggled as he lept into the air yowling with pain.

     He turned and pinned me to the ground. "Do you give up" he growled. "Nope" I said stubbornly.

     He leaned closer until his nose was almost touching mine. "Now?" he whispered quietly.

     I swallowed hard my heart thumping madly in my chest. "No" I dared to whisper.

     Now his nose was pressed against mine his pretty dark green eyes starring into mine.

     "Your so beautiful" he whispered his breathing ragged. I swallowed my blue eyes growing wide.

     "Your handsome too" I mumbled feeling embarrassed. He grinned "What was that?" He ask mischievously.

     I gave him a nervous glare. He smirked showing his sharp white fangs.

     As I started to fade he whispered "Your mine no one else's." I smiled and whispered "I'll only ever be yours."
