I walked out of the girls' bedroom with a smile on my face. I now had the energy for the mission I needed to do. I found the boys and Toph on the dining table and my eyes wandered around the room to find Katara at the sinks, washing utensils.
I greeted everyone with a quiet good morning before asking Katara to meet me outside. I didn't want the rest to hear what I was planning.

Third person's p.o.v
They all watched as Taliya and Katara went outside to talk about God knows what. Aang knew something was going on between Sokka and Taliya. They hadn't spoken to each other ever since the Earth King's Party and it was getting slightly annoying since he had to hear all of Sokka's complaints. He didn't understand why they couldn't work their problem out. After all, Taliya did like Sokka.Once the two girls were out of the house through the back door, Aang and Toph turned their eyes to Sokka who was pretending like he hadn't noticed them.
"You do know that sooner or later you're going to have to tell us something," Toph said after she took a bite of the apple in her hand.
"I have nothing to say," Sokka said as he continued to look at his food.
"So nothing is going on with you and Taliya?" Aang asked as he gave him the 'we know' look.
"I don't know why she's angry at me and I have no idea what she and my sister may be talking about. Now leave me alone, okay?" Sokka said as he started to murder the food on his plate with a fork, muttering more complaints.
"Ooh, grouchy much?" Toph said sarcastically leading to her and Aang laughing at a grouchy Sokka.

"What's wrong?" Katara asked me, her face looking over at me with a worried expression.
"Ugh, why does everyone think there is something wrong with me? Nothing is wrong with me!" I may have said it a little too loud because Kiki flew off my shoulder and I heard shuffling of feet inside the house, probably coming to the door to eavesdrop. I took Katara's arm and pulled her away from the house into the garden. "There's nothing wrong with me, okay?" I then turned my voice into a whisper. " I need a favor."
"Why are we whispering?" Katara whispered.
"Because..." I said looking around. " I don't want the Dai Li to hear us if they are around. It's creepy knowing someone is always watching me."
"I've trying not to think about but...yeah, it's creepy," Katara said looking around us. "So what's the favor?"
"I need you to help me look for Kuzon." Katara gave me a mischievous grin which made me wonder if she was the right person for the job. I didn't want to ask Aang because I knew Sokka would get the truth out of him. I also didn't want to ask Toph because she wouldn't look hard enough and she would tease me while we were at it. She really was the laziest person on the team.
"Okay, I'll help you." Then she started to walk away and now in a normal voice she said, "This day just got exciting!"

As we walked down the street to the train station, I was wondering who I preferred: Motherly Katara or Teenager Katara. She was acting like she was finally carefree from the world's troubles. Lighten up, I heard Kiki say in my head, When do you get a day that you don't have to think about being the rainbow sylph, or Aang, or the war?She was right, and if I continued with the negative spirit, the dark spirit would come over me. "So what are you going to do when you see him?" Katara asked.
