"Aang!" I screamed as I fell down, between branches. I expected to hit the ground until I felt myself in someone's arms. I looked up to see the airbender smiling at me mischievously. "Did you know I almost died?" I said as I stood up and placed my hands on my hips.
"But you didn't." He said, still with that mischievous grin on his face that I really wanted to hit.
"You know, next time you should come with Sokka. That will give you plenty of time for you boys to talk about stuff." I winked at him as I took the fruits and nuts that we had found.
"What's that supposed to mean?" Aang said as he took the rest.
"Hmm....does Katara ring a bell?"
"It's not easy. I can't just go up to her and tell her that I like her."
"Yes you can." I sang as we headed to camp.
"What about you and Sokka?" He asked. I looked at him like he was talking crazy." You and Sokka have really gotten close these past few days."
"There's nothing going on between Sokka and I. We're just.... friends." We had finally reached camp and placed the food with Katara. It was true. There was nothing going on between us. He has changed a little towards me but I kept on thinking about Yue. He said he thinks about her all the time which meant it would take time before.....who am I kidding? He might not even like me.

I woke up to hear the ground rumbling. I quickly shot up to see people rotating us on rhinos. I rubbed my eyes to see more clearly. I had heard of them from home, the rough rhinos but I had never met them. Arrows were shot at Sokka's sleeping bag." C'mon, c'mon c'mon." Sokka shouted as we all ran to Appa but then when I reached on top I realized I forgot my arrows that I had been sharpening last night."My staff." Aang shouted as he dropped down from Appa and immediately got up. The one who seemed like he was the leader, since he was a firebender, shot fire at me and I ducked. I ran quickly and when I was about to get my arrows he almost shot me but Kiki who had just learnt how to fly the other day poked his head and I took them quickly and Aang helped me get up." Yip yip!" Appa started to fly and the leader shot fire at us. We ducked.
"Wait, my boomerang!" Sokka shouted when we already in the sky.
"There's no time!" Katara told him.
" Oh I see, so there's time to get your scrolls, there's time to get your arrows," he said as he turned to me then to Aang," and there's time to get your staff but there's no time for my boomerang."
"That's correct." Katara said in an almost sarcastic way and I almost laughed until I saw his crestfallen face.
We flew all the way to a nearby village so we could replace everything we lost. Katara and I bought the food while Sokka sat on the grass, sad and it looked like Aang was trying to comfort him."... imagine if you lost your arrow," He said out loud. " Or if you lost your daggers or if Katara lost her.....hair loopies." I never expected that him loosing his boomerang will make him this sad. I really wouldn't mind if my daggers got lost, maybe the one Kuzon engraved his name in it. Sokka stood up and Katara hugged him and I did as well.
"Here's your produce ponytail guy." The shopkeeper said and Sokka took all the food.
"I used to be boomerang guy." He said sadly as he walked towards the direction Appa and Kiki was hidden.
"We're going to have to do something about that." I told Aang and Katara as we all watched Sokka walk away.
"Hey water tribe money." The shopkeeper said excitedly as he examined the one Katara gave him. I didn't even know we still had it.
