" So travellers whenever you hear a strange large bird talking, take a closer look. It might not be a giant parrot but a flying man. A member of a secret group of air walkers who laugh at gravity and laugh to those bound by it."
"Aren't airbender stories the best?" Aang asked once the man in front of us was done narrating the story.
"Was that how it was back then?" Katara asked.
"I wish I could see an air temple. These are the times I wish Firelord Sozin never existed." I whispered grumpily.
"I laugh at gravity all the time." Aang said as he started to laugh when he thought about gravity.
"Jingle jungle." The storyteller came with his cap asking Sokka for money. He searched his pockets and didn't have any as he held out a bug in his hands. I watched his facial expression. He seemed bored out of his mind.
"Sorry." He said and the storyteller went mumbling to himself. I watched as Aang went to thank the storyteller. I yawned. I was tired.
"I'm going to sleep." I told Sokka and Katara as I headed to our campsite which wasn't far from where we were. From a distance I could hear Aang chattering about something. I yawned again. I'll know about it tomorrow.

"Hey we're almost close to the northern air temple. This is where they had the championships for sky bison polo." Aang said excitedly. He had told me earlier that the storyteller's grandfather saw airbenders last week. I told him not to put his hopes high.
"Do you really think we'll find airbenders?" Katara asked happily sitting by Sokka.
"Do you want me to be like you or totally honest?" He asked. Katara was being too optimistic. Like Aang.
"Are you saying I'm a liar?"
"I'm saying you're an optimist. Same thing basically."
"Besides." I added. " I don't think the Fire Nation would put lies in the school history books."
"Hey guys look at this." Aang shouted. We all looked ahead.
"There really are airbenders." Katara said in awe.
"Firelord Sozin didn't get this temple." I said excitedly.
"No they're not." Aang said grumpily.
"What do you mean they're not? They're flying." Sokka said as we stared at them in amazement.
"Gliding maybe but not flying. You can tell by the way they move. They're not airbending. They have no spirit." I watched them more closely. Aang flied differently than them.
Just then, a kid passed by us and we had to duck. He was laughing, having fun." I don't know Aang. That kid seems pretty spiritive."
As soon as Katara said that he left on his glider. Appa jerked behind and Katara and I fell back." We better find ground before it finds us." Sokka said.
I went and took the reins and guided Appa to the ground. We climbed down and watched Aang compete with the kid. People started cheering for the boy by the name Teo.
Aang started to show off by running on the temple then he made an air scooter then got back to his glider. The boy made a smoke drawing of Aang in the sky. I laughed. It was kind of funny. I had never thought about being in the sky. I expected it to be fun, with the wind hitting your face soothingly; feeling all the air around you. Watching the clouds around you......
"Taliya!"
"What?" I asked. I looked around. I was back at the temple. I actually thought I was in the sky. Why would I think that?
