We looked onto the city with sadness. No one said anything for a few minutes till Aang said,

"I can't believe it. I know the war has spread far but Omashu always seemed..... untouchable."

"Up until now it was. Now Ba Sing Se is the only stronghold Earth Kingdom city left." Sokka said.

"I really wanted to see the city." I murmured.

"This is horrible but we have to move on." Katara said as she walked to Aang.

"She's right. We have to find you another earthbending teacher." I told him.

"I'm going in to find Bumi." Aang said determinedly, ignoring what Katara and I had said.

"That's only gonna get you caught." I said but he opened his glider.

"Aang stop. We don't even know if Bumi's still........." Sokka lost words.

"What? If he's still what?" Aang asked angrily.

"Around." Sokka was right. Bumi might be dead. The Fire Nation may have killed him but Aang didn't seem like he wanted to hear that. I guess he still had hope he was alive.

" I know you had your heart set on Bumi but they're other people who can teach you earthbending." Katara reasoned with him.

"This isn't about finding a teacher. This is about finding my friend." Aang said so we agreed to help him find Bumi. I still thought that this was extremely dangerous but I guess we would do anything for a friend.

"Do you know any other master earthbenders beside Bumi?" I asked Sokka as Aang led us to another discreet way to enter the city.

"Not really. There was Haru but he wasn't a master." He answered. Appa flew all the way to under the city." A secret passage? Why didn't we just use this last time?" He asked Aang as he tried to open it with his staff. It eventually opened and sewage came out.

"Does that answer your question?" Aang entered the sewage pipeline and I peered into it. I really did not want to enter there. I did after a minute of encouraging myself to do it and I stuck  with Katara as she bended the sewage past us. We finally got out and Katara said,

"That wasn't as bad as I thought."

"Yeah except the stench." I said. Then Sokka came out covered in sewage, we couldn't see his face. Katara bended a lot of water at him and Aang dried him. He started to scream because some purple animals were on his cheeks and were not coming off.

"They won't let go! Help!" He screamed till Aang pushed him to a wall.

"Stop making so much noise. It's just the purple pentapus." Aang said calmly and Sokka was still freaking out. Aang rubbed them with his fingers and they let go.

"Hey!" We looked to find Fire Nation soliders heading towards us. Aang quickly put a hat on his head." What are you kids doing past curfew?"

" Sorry we were just on our way home." Katara answered for us. We walked away but the solider stopped us.

"What's the matter with him?" We all looked at his neck. He had red dots that looked like chicken pox.

"He has pentapox sir." Katara said quickly. She was good at lying. The solider came about to touch Sokka." Um... it's highly contagious." Then Sokka started faking that he was sick; moaning and coughing.

"I'm so awful I'm dying." Sokka coughed.

"And deadly." Katara added.

"I think I've heard of pentapox. Did your cousin Cheng die of it?" He asked his fellow solider.
