Stepney the Bluebell Engine is a small tank engine that lives on the Bluebell Railway. He often pulls coaches, carrying tourists and rail enthusiasts along the Bluebell Railway. It's a beautiful line, but it's not all that long. Stepney sometimes wishes for the times he visited Sodor, but now that the railways there have closed, he couldn't think of anywhere to go. One day, he saw Elizabeth dressed in a sunflower print dress, and open toe high heels. He also saw a young woman with (E/C) eyes, (H/C) hair, a blue dress that went to her knees, and blue high heels accompanying her. They then spotted Stepney. "Oh, Elizabeth," said Stepney, "I see you've returned! Who's this with you?" "Stepney," said Elizabeth, "This is (Y/N) Awdry, my wife. We've come here for a little holiday together." "Oh, so you're (Y/N)," said Stepney, "It's nice to meet you." "You too Stepney," said (Y/N). Stepney then had an idea. "Mrs. Awdry, would it be okay if I visit Paradise Island for a bit?" "Please Stepney," said (Y/N), "Call me (Y/N), or ma'am. And about you coming to Paradise Island, I'll have to speak with your controller."

So, after going along the line, (Y/N) talked with Stepney's controller, and he agreed. The next day, Stepney headed off to the Paradise Railway with (Y/N) and Elizabeth on board. He arrived, and was given a big welcome. "Hello Stepney," said Thomas, "It's nice to see you again!" "You too Thomas," said Stepney. "Now, Stepney, I need you at the quarry to help shunt trucks with the twins, Toby, and Mavis." "Yes ma'am," said Stepney. He then headed off to the quarry.

He enjoyed shunting the trucks, and the trucks didn't give him that much trouble either. He then took a train of stone to the docks. Soon, Stepney helped pull the local along the mainline. He then saw Dick waiting at a station. "Hello," said Stepney, "Are you one of the engines from America?" "Yes I am," said Dick importantly. "What's it like there?" "Well, there are a few steam engines on some parts of the mainline, but are mostly for rail tours and things like that. You know, the regulations in America are very different from Britain. In America, steam engines are to be fitted with a bell, chime steam whistle, buck-eye couplers, and a cow-catcher. Not like here. I must say, I think it's a bit ridiculous for them all to have cow catcher. But those are the laws." "And we must follow them," said Stepney. "Say, you're that Stepney engine from the BlueBell Railway, correct?" "Yeap, I really wanted to see my Sodor Friends again." The two then talked, until Dick had to go.

He then saw Mallard helping push a train up the hill. "Come on, Come on!" said Mallard, "Don't be silly, Don't be silly!" "Alright, we're coming, Alright we're coming!" sang the trucks. Mallard then helped James to the top, and he headed down the other side. Stepney then said "Good job." "Thank you!" said Mallard.

That night in the sheds, Stepney came. "Stepney!" said Edward, "It's good to see you again!" The Sudrian engines then told stories of Stepney visiting Sodor. (Y/N) then came into the sheds, and said, "I managed to get some new engines to help out on the railway, but they are both diesels you might know. They have no names, but their numbers are D261, and D199." The engines then frowned. "I thought I tore 199 to bits!" said Diesel 10. "Now now Diesel 10," said (Y/N), "I know he wasn't kind, but give them a chance. D261 has actually changed." "I should know," said Thomas, "He helped rescue (Y/N) from P.T. Boomer Jr." The engines were still skeptical, but soon found that D261 had changed, but I will spoil the next story if I tell you.
