After the death of Sir Charles T. Hat, some of his engines have managed to be saved and have been put on a secret railway that is completely hidden from the rest of the world, and has all the supplies it needs. (Y/N) is the controller of the railway...

George is a steam roller who works with Jack and the Pack and the Can Do Crew. He loves helping them build things, but he loathes the railways. He can often be seen rolling down the roads saying, "Railways are no good, turn them into roads! Railways are no good, turn them into roads!"

Bulgy is a double decker bus that works for the bus company on Paradise Island. Like George, he loathes the railways. Together, the two machines make the anti-railway league.
One day, a new car was coming to the Island. She was bright green, and was set on the ground. "Hello," said (Y/N), "You must be Ellie, the new car I ordered." "Indeed I am ma'am," said Ellie. "Why do you need her?" asked Porter. "Well, she's going to be my new car. I'm giving my old one to the Hat Family for the next generation. Ellie here can go on roads, and rails." Ellie then headed to the rails, and she lowered her rail wheels. The engines were impressed.
Later that day, Bulgy was carrying passengers, when he saw Ellie running on the rails. He saw George, and told him what he saw. "That's disgraceful!" said George, "We need to make her come to our side." "I'll try first, and then you try with brute force," said Bulgy.
The next morning, Ellie was waiting in a sighting, when Bulgy came up. "Hello," said Bulgy kindly, "who are you?" "I'm Ellie," said Ellie. "Nice to meet you Ellie. Now, what do you think of the island?" "I think it's wonderful! I just love going down roads and rails!" "Well, you should be with my group. We support roads, and we dis-own railways!" Ellie frowned, "Oh, you must be that Bulgy Bertie and Thomas told me about. I've heard of your mis-haps, including you being a hen house." Bulgy then scoffed, "Well, it wouldn't have happened if-" "That's enough Bulgy," said (Y/N), as she came out of her office, "Don't you have passengers to deliver?" Bulgy then headed off.
Soon, Ellie was taking (Y/N) down the line, when George came on the level crossing, and saw Ellie coming. He then blocked the tracks, and Ellie came to a screeching stop! "HEY!" said Ellie. "Hey, you, little green bean, join the Anti-Railway League, NOW!" said George sternly. "I won't," said Ellie, "I am an inspector car, and I inspect roads and tracks." "Rubbish!" said George, "You're a car, built for, and ONLY for roads!" "George," said (Y/N), "That's enough! You don't want me to take with Mr. Jeffery and Betty to take your roller away again, do you?" George soon shut up, and headed off on his way.
Soon, George decided to protest on the level crossing. "Um, George," said Bulgy, "I don't think that's a good idea." "HUSH!" said George, "I'm going to show Ellie that roads are better than rails!" Just then, Dick came down the line with a local passenger train, and he saw George on the level crossing, and he applied his brakes, but he crashed right into George.
Ellie brought (Y/N) to the crossing, with Mr. Jeffery and Betty, and they all had some stern words for George. "George!" said Mr. Jeffery, "I thought you would have learned your lesson after the incident with the railroad! Apparently not. You can be fixed, and then your roller will be taken, and you can stay in the shed!" Bulgy couldn't help but chuckle. "As for you Bulgy!" said (Y/N), "You do anything like this, I won't repair you, and instead turn you back into a hen house, got it?!?" "Y-Y-Yes ma'am," said Bulgy. "Well," said Ellie, "I don't plan on joining the Anti-Railway League any time soon."
Ellie is now a proud member of the railway, and the roads. She has made friends with all the machines, except for Bulgy and George. But she knows very well to stay away from them.
