Amina laughed softly to herself as she brushed through her hair.
Before she and Aleksander had gotten married, they had one huge explosive fight about a war strategy.
She thought about the irony in the statement when he had said,
"If you were my wife, I'd put poison in your kvas."
"If you were my husband, I'd drink it " she had hissed back at him.
"What are you thinking about, Mina?"
Aleksander's voice snapped her out of her thoughts.
"Just about how we used to act before marriage."
"Speaking of marriage, plan 'Zoya Lantsov' is about to start today," he told her with a smirk.
Her head whipped around to face him.
"What's going to happen?" she asked eagerly.
"As you know, we have some business is in Shu Han that normally I would bring the complete inner circle with us, but I convinced Zoya to stay and take care of Cassi. Nikolai's staying too. And boom! By the time we come back, they'll be together."
When she thought about it, it wasn't a bad idea. So she nodded with a smile and finished getting ready.
She was already mentally planning their wedding and the names of their children.
