Weekly Update: Not a Chapter!

Hello Fellow readers!

Every week I set a goal for myself and try to reach that goal by the end of the week. Usually the goal isn't to get to a certain scene in the story, but a certain number of chapters. For example, last week my goal was to post up to 35 chapters, I ended up posting 36 so I did achieve my goal. My goal this week was to post up to 50, but because I'm still in the process of moving, and we have to clean our house before we put it on the market and that will eat up my time on writing.

Another thing to note is my job can get in the way sometimes of me making this story. This Friday that just passed, I only posted 1 chapter; 36: Thunder, because I actually had a meltdown after I got off work. I work in the food industry and I worked 3 more hours over time this past Friday, and I ended up getting stressed out and had a meltdown in my car.

The only thing that made me post chapter 36 last week was seeing how many views this fanfiction had, and I felt a little better.

I'm not depressed and I do get sleep, so there's nothing to worry about. I want to finish this fanfic so badly, and I love writing it, and this is the most writing I have done in a long time.

I get a lot of inspiration to write some of these romantic scenes from Korean Dramas, and then some. It's not always Korean, and that doesn't mean it's a bad thing, as long as it has subtitles.

I think another reason why my story has gotten a lot longer is because I will make up some of the romantic scenes on the fly and they end up working out in the end. I try to post between 1500 to 2500 words per chapter, I feel like writing less than that is not enough for readers to enjoy.

Also I will still be using song titles for the title of the chapter, it's been working well so far and yes I do love K-Pop. I've been listening to K-Pop since 2014, so I know a large amount of groups and songs. I will continue to share my playlists and how some songs have given me inspiration to write a chapter. That also counts songs from Dramas, considered OST.

Another thing, hopefully the last thing to note, I try to edit my chapters more often than I should, even if it's one little mistake, I will re-edit it right away. I know there are writers out there that post fanfics for fun and have a lot of spelling and grammar issues, but because I'm trying to be a writer, I try to make everything perfect to a T.

If there is anything that you readers would like to ask me, feel free to leave them in the comments section. I love getting feedback and am always trying to make my story become better.
