165: Better

After having to go through the streets, in disguise, get to the train station and stay on the train for quite a while, they arrived in the east district. Izumi looked around and noticed how long it had been since the last time she came to this area. 

'So much has changed since the last time I came here.' Izumi thought. 

"C'mon, we'll be late." Emra said. 

"Ah- Right!" Izumi followed behind Emra to keep up with her pace. 

"Where are we going exactly, Emra? Are we meeting an old friend?" Izumi asked. 

"You could say that, I haven't seen her since I split from the family." Emra said. 

"Huh?"

Emra stopped in her tracks right in front of the large building, Izumi had to look up at where they were at. 

"This is..." 

"Welcome to the Sun&Moon Corp." Emra said. 

"Ah- huh?" 

Emra started walking towards the entrance, and Izumi had no idea what was going on. Izumi looked around and noticed how clean and bright it was. She watched as Emra just walked right through the building like it was no problem they were there. 

"She should be here somewhere- ah- there she is. Selena!" Emra yelled.

Izumi followed where Emra was looking and was surprised to see a tall and very beautiful Platinum Blonde woman with sparkling Silver eyes and was wearing a white business suit. Her hair was long and slightly curly as she walked, and her eyes lit up when she saw Emra. 

"Emra? Oh my goodness, I didn't know you were going to come today!" the woman said, happily walking up to them. 

'What's going on? Who is this woman, and she's so pretty...' Izumi thought. 

The woman turned her head and saw Izumi staring at her. 

"Oh- you must be Izumi, right?" the woman asked. 

"Ah- y-yes ma'am!" Izumi said nervously.

"Izumi, this is a good friend of mine, Selena." Emra said. Izumi looked back at the beautiful woman, who smiled and held out her hand. 

"My name is Selena Stone, it's such a pleasure to meet you." Selena said. 

Izumi recognized that last name right away. 

"S-Stone? As in from the famous family and company Stone Commerce?!?!" Izumi yelled.

"Ha- it would be best if we explain this in my office before we cause a scene. Follow me." Selena said, starting to walk away from them. 

Izumi looked up at Emra and squinted her eyes at her cousin. 

"What?" 

"When were you friends with the enemy of Gem Industries?" Izumi asked. 

"It'll be easier to understand if you listen to me and Selena." Emra said, as she started walking. 

'What's going on today?' Izumi thought.

The two greenettes entered the office and Izumi was surprised to see how large and white the office was.

"Have a seat, I'll have someone bring us some tea." Selena said. 

The three of them sat down and Izumi was just flustered and confused and so many emotions and thoughts were running through her head.

"So Izumi, I'm sure you're surprised to know that I was with Stone Commerce, right?" Selena said.
