151: Black Swan

"I will call you to let you know when we can have the interview." Sophie said. 

"It's an honor to meet you, Sophie." Izumi said. 

"Oh please, it's an honor to meet such a kind and honest woman like yourself, Izumi. I'm glad my brother told me you want to meet me. Well then, I need to get to the airport and go back home to see my kids. I'll call you about the interview soon." Sophie said. 

"Y-Yes! Take care!" Izumi said, as Sophie left her. 

'Well at least Sophie's nice, I thought I was gonna be scared of her.' Izumi thought.

"Deku." 

Izumi turned her head and saw Katsuki standing there, waiting for her. 

"Kacchan!" Izumi said, as she ran up to him and hugged him. 

"Were you waiting long?" Izumi asked. 

"No... I just got here. And..." Katsuki released her from their hug. 

"What's wrong, Kacchan?" Izumi asked, worried. Katsuki was in deep thought, he wasn't sure how to put his words together. 

"There's some things... I want to talk to you about..." Katsuki said. 

"Talk to me about? Okay, then let's go to my place and talk about it." Izumi said, without thinking it was anything bad.

When they got to Izumi's apartment complex, Izumi seemed pretty happy after everything she'd gone through that day. 

Katsuki, on the other hand, felt tongue tied and a little confused. Izumi unlocked the front door and they walked into the small apartment with the smell of sweet flowers surrounding them. 

"Let me change out of these clothes first, then we can talk, okay?" Izumi said with a smile on her face. 

"Ah- sure..." 

Izumi let go of his hand and closed the door behind her and quickly got out of the suit.

Katsuki sat down on the couch and clasped his hands together. 

'I have to know, I need to know. What happened that day for Deku to retire?' Katsuki thought.

( Flashback )

"Follow my sister, and she will talk to you like promised." Cole said. 

"R-Right! I'll come back when everything's taken care of!" Izumi said, as she ran off following Sophie. 

Katsuki watched Izumi as she ran off from his sight. 

"Katsuki." 

Katsuki turned his head to see Emra's face, and she didn't look serious, but more... uneasy. 

"What?" 

"I think me and Emra can tell that... Izumi hasn't told you about her accident, has she?" Takashi asked.

"Deku's accident? No." Emra sighed. 

"We'll have to talk about this somewhere else." Emra said, and she started walking. 

"What's up with her?" 

"Well, Emra's still a bit surprised by what Izumi said in the courtroom. Y'know, when Izumi said she's been harassed before, so now she's a little worried that you should know about Izumi's accident." Takashi whispered. 

'Why should she tell me? I want to hear this from Deku and no one else.' Katsuki thought.
