160: Her

After the weekend came to pass, Monday arrived, which meant it was the day Izumi was actually doing an interview with Sophie Gem. 

Izumi had to make sure to be prepared this time, so she packed another suit and heels to spare, her cleanest pair of specs and a few other things just so everything would go smoothly this time. 

"Geez, why're you bringing all that?" Katsuki said. 

"Because Kacchan, the last time I was supposed to have an interview, things didn't go as planned and that's why you saw me dressed like that." Izumi said. 

"Someone gave you those shitty clothes last time? That makes sense since you don't wear stuff like that." Katsuki said.

Katsuki noticed she seemed pretty nervous, as she kept looking in the mirror and making sure everything was perfect. 

"Ya- you look fine, why're you acting like this is a big deal?" Katsuki said. 

"Because this is a big deal, Kacchan. After everything that's been happening to me, I need to make things right. I don't want to be seen the bad way." Izumi said. 

"Tch- like you would be seen in a bad way." Katsuki said, as he walked up and wrapped his arms around her from behind. 

"Kacchan!" 

"If anyone tries to tell you you're wrong, are toast. Got it?" Katsuki said, resting his head on her shoulder. 

"Hmph, only you can say that, Kacchan. Are you coming with me?" 

"Yeah, but I got patrol to go on right after." 

"Okay."

Izumi noticed right away that the address as to where the interview was going to be done was in an actual studio this time. 

"Huh, I never noticed it until now." 

"Noticed what?" 

"The last interview wasn't even in a studio, it was just a random building. This is an actual studio, I should've figured it was a trap from the beginning." Izumi said. 

"Tch- as long as this isn't a trap, it's fine, I guess." Katsuki said.

"Going on patrol now?" he nodded. 

"I'll let you know when I'm done." 

"Don't bother." 

"Huh, why not?" 

"Because Deku..." He quickly wrapped his arm around her waist and pulled her in. 

"I'll be watching you the entire time." he said with a smirk. 

"K-Ka- okay, you got me there..." Izumi muttered with a blush. 

He kissed her forehead and gave her a warm smile. 

"I'll be back when you're done." Katsuki said. 

"O-Okay..." She could feel all her stress and worry lifting off her shoulders. He let her go from their small hug and watched her enter the building. 

"Bye Kacchan." Izumi said, waving at him. 

"See ya, Deku."

Izumi entered the building and could tell how professional the entire place was. 

"Looks like Katsuki's on patrol?" Izumi recognized a voice and looked around to see a greenette in front of her. 

"Emra? What're you doing here?" 

"Figured since Katsuki was busy with his job, I would come to make sure everything was smooth sailing for you." Emra said. 

"Yeah but, I thought you said you and Sophie are on good terms?" Izumi asked.
