Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a condition in which people have trouble keeping concentrated and paying attention, as well as having trouble regulating their actions and becoming hyperactive. It makes it difficult to concentrate, makes large tasks seem insurmountable, and induces impulsive and hyperactive behavior.

Some people believe that people with ADHD are rude or sluggish. These stereotypes are not only false but also deceptive. A person with ADHD, for example, may struggle with interrupting because they are engaged in a conversation. It's not that they don't care what the other person says. A person with ADHD is not always lazy. There are numerous reasons why they may be unable to complete a task. It could be a lack of focus or a failure to find something interesting. It could be that they are afraid of making a careless mistake due to forgetfulness. It's important to remember that people with ADHD don't mean to bother those around them.
